This is my go to hotel anytime I make a trip to Seattle. I’m genuinely super impressed by it. There is an incredible view of the space needle on the ground, and in your room if you’re lucky enough to face that side. The hotel is very well kept and the restaurant is delicious. But the biggest thing for me is how unbelievably kind all of the employees are. They seem to actually want to ensure you have a great stay, which is so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, I’m really grateful to have stumbled upon it on Expedia!

We arrived early and they let us check in 3 hours before normal time. The rooms were cleaned and staff was very helpful. I had a package delivered to the hotel from amazon and they called me once it arrived.

great location walkable distance from the space needle and if you use the mono rail you can easily walk to pikes market. clean room friendly staff that are very helpful.

Hotel was convenient & clean but room was poorly lit. 1 desk lamp and 1 "flashlight" wall lamp for each bed. Could only read or do a crossword sitting in one corner of the bed. Only one chair ( a desk chair) and that and the toilet seat were so low it felt like you were falling whenever you sat down. I would not recommend it for Sr. Citizens. Room also had a balcony but no chairs and I asked if we could get 2 chairs (even folding or basic conference room chair) but I was simply told "No, we can't do that." We would not stay there again.

The hotel is going through some property improvements in the Courtyard. It looks like it will be very pretty once it is completed. It was unfortunate that we were staying at this hotel during the renovation. I think despite some noise and some dirt, it was still a nice place to stay.
