I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown-Times Square and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Times Square, Penn Station, and plenty of dining and entertainment options. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the warm welcome after a long day of travel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a good night’s rest. That said, the building itself is showing its age and could benefit from some updates. While everything was functional, a renovation would really elevate the guest experience and bring the property in line with the modern standards of the Sheraton brand. Still, for the price and location, it’s a solid choice—especially if you value great service and easy access to the heart of Manhattan.

From an early check in, to a city view upgrade upgrade, to a late check out...the staff at FPTS are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay with them is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. The front desk staff are friendly and willing to help whenever they can with whatever you need. If you're looking for understated luxury on a budget, this is your place! Great service, clean and comfortable rooms with a personal touch of hospitality that won't hurt your wallet. You get the best of both worlds!!!

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. There are endless restaurants and any type of food you can imagine. Staff was great and the room was a bit bigger than your typical NY hotel room.
