Hampton Inn and Suites Walla Walla

I was so grateful that the hotel was so clean and the included breakfast had lots of choices.The cookies in the evening was a fun treat.

the staff was amazing. the rooms wear very clean & the beds were fantastic. best bights sleep i have had in a long time.

The manager was very rude when we told her our bed was awful. She told us that it was up to “Hampton Standards” It was extremely hard and lumpy like it was worn out. It was only one side so my partner and I had to switch sides in the middle of the night so that I could get some sleep too. The other side was a little better but still not great. There was also a dumpy trailer made out of a tent trailer that was full of wood garbage and a torn up tarp over it parked in the lot. Definitely never staying there again!

We flew in Friday and left on Sunday for a beautiful Saturday wedding. It was great. We loved our room. The bed is super comfortable. Pillows are always soft and it’s always quiet.

I’ve stayed here before. I came back because it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is helpful. I can reach downtown easily for dinner or shopping. It fits my needs perfectly

Overall, a great place. However, it’s time for new sheets. There were stains, and the fitted sheet would NOT stay on because the elastic was shot. Also, the water took a few minutes to get hot in the shower.

When I approached the front desk there were two people working. One looked to be counting the till so I went to the other. She asked “how can I help you” I said we were checking she then went back to typing on her computer without acknowledging me for about 4-5 minutes. Then she looked at the other guy counting the till and asked what was wrong. He explains he’s a $1 short. She then proceeds to walk over to him and help him with still me standing there. A few minutes later she then has him continue to check me in. It was 10 pm at night after driving for 4 hours and my family was tired. About 10 minutes later, finally all checked in. Got to our room and it was 55 degrees in there. We stay here often but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The staff was amazing. The woman who did breakfast was amazing.The shower was not good. The beds were comfortable. The worst part was seeing an older man pee in the pool drinking fountain rather than walking inside to use the restroom.

We liked the location. It was easy access to dining, wineries and shopping.

Convenient for our needs. Nice accomodations with free parking, breakfast. Water, outdoor pool.

Everything was great! We loved the cleanliness, atmosphere, beds, pool, and the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean place We enjoyed it

Property is newer and in a good location. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Breakfast options were very good, hot and tasty. Coffee was excellent. Ice water with citrus fruit in the lobby was refreshing.

Good hotel, good breakfast, clean, right off freeway but confusing to get to with round-about. Most staff was nice but Dylan at front desk needs to be more personable - we said hello several times as we walked by front desk with no response or even lifting his head - need more grass areas around hotel for pets
