Hampton Inn Garden City Long Island

我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。

Some traffic noise from Meadowbrook Pkwy right next door to hotel, but generally quiet.

It was all very nice..

The use of air freshening products to mask an underlying odor in the halls and rooms is intolerable. Even worse, management claimed the “maids” control the products levels and implied they are to blame for the strong odors.

Staff is helpful. Gym is a little small, but room is comfortable and it’s a convenient location.

Property is good. Kabir the night auditor checked me in and made sure to wait because I had multiple flight delays. Even though the person I spoke to on the phone did not put the note in my reservation like he assured me, Kabir was smart enough to wait for me. He was helpful and pleasant. I like that the hotel texted to check on me as well and ask me how my stay was going, never had that happen before! Free breakfast was good. Convenience store could use more items. This was a great stay.

Lights in most areas are outdated and dim. Breakfast has limited items and prepared food is soggy and poorly done. Exit back door remains open which compromises safety. Room has funky smell.

The bathroom exhaust fan was not workig

Charging for parking here is comical, and inconsistent. Was forced to pay $10 for parking, fine, but when I walked by 8 cars, 7 of the 8 did not display the parking pass.

We had a quick one night stay at this establishment and we were highly satisfied. From start to finish, all was good. Check in was easy, clean lobby and friendly clerks. The hotel is situated in a great location, no weird smells, very comfortable accommodations, adequate breakfast selection... no complaints here.

We had a bad checkin experience. We place this about a month in advance and paid for it the same day we did the booking. We requested to have a pack and play for our son which was noted in our reservation. After getting to our room we find out the pack and play they gave us was broken. They went to find a second one which took a while. The second one ends up being broken as well. At this point i come down to the front desk to let them know. I talked to someone named Crystal. She starts questioning me how is it broken and makes comments implying I dont know how a pack and play is supposed to work. Instead of apologizing she proceeds to tell me this was not a full service hotel and that pack and plays are not guaranteed. They were very happy to charge everything upfront but the note on my reservation for the pack and play had no value? Another issue we had is that nobody at checkin told us we needed a hanging pass to park our cars. We found out from another guest the next morning. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

The first room that was given to me was not clean and had a musty smell. The room that I finally got, had a musty stale cigarette smell. The hallways also had a musty stale smell. The staff were nice, the breakfast was good, but I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back.
