服务很差

The hotel itself is great, but this time the experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 656, and from 1 AM to 4 AM, there was constant noise and commotion next door. It seemed like someone was drunk, and they were banging on the walls the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all throughout the night. The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate a solution. I asked for a refund since I didn't sleep at all, and I didn't even request any additional compensation. The front desk staff seemed to agree and said it was possible, but they needed Expedia to contact their hotel because Expedia was the one who charged me. So I had to leave the hotel and try to contact Expedia. The result? The hotel refused to refund me. This means that not only did I not get any sleep, but I was also deceived by the hotel. What a "wonderful" experience.

絕佳的居住環境,很可惜居住的期間熱水發生問題導致有一天無法馬上洗澡需要到隔天早上9點才有辦法洗澡,這個部分倒是令人有點失望,不然以其住宿的風格而言絕對是飯店界的一個流行指標

Not very clean. Outdated. Not very comfortable. No water filling area. Even the drinking fountain did not work. They just want to charge you more for everything.

Really nice from the valet up to the room service

The bellhops stood around awkwardly giving direct eye contact waiting for tips after proceeding to say they don’t require tips but would like to get one. Just strange and unusual making things uncomfortable

This hotel was amazing; there's so much history and beauty in it. The staff was respectful.

Durante mi estancia hubo una gran fiesta en la habitación de a lado, salían, gritaban, azotaban su puerta y al reportarlo a recepción nos dijeron que lo atenderían, no paraban de salir y pelearse entre los huéspedes, así que volví a llamar e insistí con desespero que mandaran a seguridad y no lo hicieron, dieron las 5am y llame de nuevo para pedir que me cambiaran de habitación y nunca volvieron a contestar en el lobby, en verdad que mala experiencia

The stay was great I wish their pool was a bit bigger since they do have day party events. But overall was very happy with our stay and the bar option near the pool is perfect. Conveniently located near bars and restaurants
