Holiday Inn Express & Suites LACEY - OLYMPIA, an IHG Hotel

The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and the room was both nice but around here you can find a better hotel with about the same amount.

I forgot to bring toiletries, but the front desk staff very kindly gave them to me. The room was clean and tidy and had no smell.

Upon arriving the staff was welcoming, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The grounds as well as the hotel itself was well cared for and clean. The room was decent size with great quality linens. Overall was very happy with an enjoyable stay!!!

Very spacy and comfortable for our family of four. Included breakfast was pretty decent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location easy access to the freeway.

parking difficult when work trucks are staying there..

The customer service was awesome and around the property area was safe and clean and so close to grocery stores.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Drips on walls, corners of bathroom floor dirty, stains on floor. People above were loud when walking around.
