The hotel is pretty close to metro station and many attractions sights and load of restaurants and groceries , convenient to see New York. My room was very clean, however no boiler no freezer, except a broken coffee maker in room. The reception staffs were nice to communicate and helpful.

Good location close to Wall Street and ferry piers. Welcome cookie and pop corn Cleaning was inconsistent - missed some towels, forgot to empty trash, used linen left in room, no vacuum of floor despite 5 night stay, AC machine is dirty

Staff was nice. Room is very small. Pillows are uncomfortable and the shower curtain does not block the water so bathroom floor gets soaked.

We have been staying there for the last 3 years and the staff is the best part! Always so accommodating and nice! The front house manager, Justine is the best! Truly, the staff is what keeps us coming back! Hoping they finish renovations soon where we can access the gym with our key(instead of taking time away from the front desk to open it for us) and a working ice machine with water and sanitary wipes in the gym would be great.

Next to transit, easier to get around

Great area! Room was very small, but I guess that's par for the course in NYC. Staff was helpful but it's clear this hotel is understaffed as a whole.

Cleanliness needs major improvement. First time in NYC, was worried about having a low floor room but that was fine, rather waking up to the sound of machines (laundry?) running within the facility. Carpets in the room were disgusting along with strong stench. Front desk personnel were nice with holding our bags while away.

Zimmer zweckmäßig. Am Abend ein wenig gemüffelt, aber nach 5 min Klimaanlage war der Geruch weg. Lage mitten im Financial District. Kurzer Weg zur U-Bahn, 9/11. Versorgung mit Getränken oder Essen in der Nähe möglich.

Room had an unpleasant smell and AC unit was very loud. It was doable as I didn’t spend much time in the room.

It was good service just takes a while for the security deposit to come back into my account

Eu adorei a estadia no Holiday Inn WallStreet. Fomos eu e meu pai para NY a turismo, achamos a localização muito boa, todos os funcionários que nos atenderam foram muito educados e prestativos, o hotel disponibiliza duas águas por dia, café no quarto e também achamos o quarto espaçoso comparado a outros hotéis de NY.

The smell of the lobby was fantastic and a great first start of the stay at the hotel

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The check-in was a disaster, as the room I received was completely different from what I have been described. by a central reservation person I contacted prior to booking through Expedia who confirmed for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed where I was given a standard room with a single king bed, leaving two adults to share it for four nights. The front desk staff was confrontational and dismissive, insisting the mistake was not their fault. The issues continued throughout my stay. The hotel was out of basic amenities like coffee and creamer. On my last night, I was woken up at 2 a.m. by excessive noise from the room next door. I had to call the front desk twice before someone came up to attend. The noise persisted throughout the whole night. I would not recommend this property to anyone given my experience.

13 gece kalacağımız için fiyat olarak daha uygun olan bu bölgeyi ve oteli seçtik. Üç yıldızlı bir otelde bulunması gereken özellikler mevcuttu. Odalarda biraz nem kokusu vardı. Personel genel olarak ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Günlük temizlik yapıldı. Odalarda buzdolabı yok. Bu Türkiyede alışkın olduğumuz bir durum değil ama sıkıntı yaratmadı. Klima biraz gürültülü ama ağustos olmasına rağmen tüm gece çalıştırmak gerekmedi, oda serindi. Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial, Özgürlük Anıtı gibi noktalara ve Fulton metro istasyonuna çok yakın, tüm hatlara buradan binilebiliyor. Çevrede geç saatlere kadar açık marketler bulunabiliyor. Tüm gün şehri keşfetmek üzere dışarıda olduğumuz için bu kadar konfor bize yeterli oldu. Kahvaltı dahil almamıştık o nedenle bu konuda yorum yapamıyorum. Her şey için teşekkürler.
