We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Herald Square in New York—it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Taion at the front desk made us feel so welcome with his warmth and professionalism (my kids are still talking about him!).
I know this hotel had some bad reviews about the elevators in the past, but during our stay both were in service and super fast. The hotel itself is very well maintained, with cozy, quiet rooms and a beautiful rooftop to enjoy.
The location couldn’t be better—right in the perfect spot for exploring the city. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back, both to see Taion and to enjoy more of this amazing city!

Easy in and out. Just old and dated. Room was clean but furniture was broken and old.
