The staff is great! The two very comfortable queen beds were relaxing during a long road trip. It was a wonderful place to stay. We love that it is a pet friendly place as well. We would love to come again.

My stay was from Thursday, to Monday. Room service did not assist in changing or providing new anything. Never once visited our room. I had to request new towels nightly. Not sure if this is normal, on their behalf. But I would not go back.

The breakfast could had been better.. the washer dryer was next to the dining area and kept giving a very bad smell..

Breakfast eggs and sausage tasted terribly fake. Bit of a mess right now.

Staff is very friendly. Room smelled of disinfectant. Ice is not available on all the floors. Very convenient stop for people traveling on Highway 5.

We came over to go to a concert at the fair. The front staff was friendly, and efficient. I love how close this is to the expo, it makes it easier to get to the fair! The room was clean and comfortable

The service was excellent after we checked in. Check in was at 3pm and we came in after that time and they did not know what rooms were clean, we had to wait until someone went upstairs and checked and came back down to help us. Over the days we stayed the same check in issue was happening to others. The beds are very uncomfortable needs thicker pad on it.

La Quinta Inn itself was good. The representative that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming. They offer a good breakfast, and the inn is conveniently located right off the freeway.

Disgusting

Pluses: Convenient location, adjacent to the highway, and our king room was clean. Online advance check-in was easy and saved time on arrival. Cons: We had trouble getting our plugs to work in the electrical outlets and we had to keep jiggling the plugs before they finally engaged (a problem we've never had elsewhere); two of the pillows felt like they were stuffed with crumpled plastic bags, and one of the wall outlets had no cover plate. A couple of places on the bathroom walls were primed but unpainted. Not a big deal, but notable nonetheless.

Terrible experience.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to and from ca. to Wa. Our only complaint is the breakfast. Don’t repo ish the food items when they are gone. They need someone to take care of the breakfast area only. Right now the lady at the front desk checking people out and taking care of everything else tries to do the breakfast area also. She can’t do everything.

This was a very run down hotel. Things were dirty and it needs a major upgrade. Furniture was damaged, toilet seat was busted, Sheets had stains, walls were damaged, carpets were filthy. Despite the property conditions the staff was helpful.

It was fine for what we needed but would not stay there again.

The property is undergoing renovations so there was construction materials blocking one side. The pet friendly room was right by the pet area on the first floor away from the construction so that was good. There was parking for oversized vehicles. The location is right by the highway and a truck stop so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be a good choice. The staff was efficient and friendly. Basic breakfast (egg and sausage sandwich makings, waffles and cereal) was included.

We live in the same town as the hotel and our air-conditioning went out so we booked online and when we got to the hotel, we were told we could not check in because we live too close to the hotel. We returned away and not refunded our money. It was devastating! We spent all our money on this hotel and had to go home to a hot house.
