我们希望前台出具收据，却反复遭到拒绝，最终也没有给我们出具收据。

The non-white woman at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. The plumbing in the bathtub, toilet and wash basin was not smooth and was a little clogged.

5 minutes to arrive at the Niagara Falls. Great！

Breakfast and room are good

The parking situation is Confusing and some what of a hassle . Things are a little run down . The ice machine on my floor was not working . The maid service was nice and kind .

Parking limited. We had to park at night At parking garage 3 blocks from hotel. Beds were hard.

The breakfast in the bar area was great, bar menu for dinner was good. As far as the rooms, my daughter's room had the toilet paper holder hanging by 1 screw and in my room the door stop was broke off and just laying there with 2 very sharp screws sticking out that my 2 year old Great Grandson found. They can clean the bar area a little better around the windows but other than that, it was okay

Nice property

is very close and convenient to get to the Niagara Falls area. I did like all the shops and souvenirs surrounding the hotel. Everything seems to be in walking distance.

Dirty, dated decor. Smelled bad, free breakfast was disappointing! Powdered eggs , nasty sausage links and watered down coffee. 0/10

Pool needs to stay open later 😄

Close to the falls

The bathrooms smelled terrible, and the free breakfast was awful. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s close proximity to Niagara Falls. All other amenities were poor, and the front desk staff were unfriendly, making it feel as though we were staying at their mercy.

I was looking for a very last minute reservation the day I was arriving in Niagara Falls for a stop over in my was to Michigan. I chose this quality Hotel for a few reasons: It was close to the falls, it had a restaurant (so I wouldn't have to venture out after dark to grab a bite) , and it was inexpensive. To be fair, the property had everything: Free breakfast, workout facility, gift shop, pool, wedding chapel,on-site parking (extra$$) , free coffee and water in the lobby and co-located Papa John's, Starbucks, a burger joint and a bar (with pool tables and video games) AND it's only 2 blocks from the NY Niagara state park and falls. All the staff that I encountered were polite and helpful. It's got so much potential to be a nice affordable option for families and other budget conscious travelers. However, where this property missed the mark was in the details. At a minimum, it needs a deep clean. The check in desk area was cluttered and dirty and it didn't get better - all of the public areas could have used a good cleaning or upgrade. I can't speak to all rooms but my room could have been cleaned with more attention to detail - there was dust, shower grime/mold, the sheets were so wrinkled and one of my beds had clearly not been changed. I was also not a fan of the 'in your face', bright posters advertising all the amenities. It gave an air of cheesiness that doesn't speak to the Choice chain of properties.

Front desk people are so rude, on the website it says parking include and breakfast including but while I check in front desk people says I have to pay 19.99$ for car parking and property tax which is so unprofessional.

Overall not satisfied, service at reception was callous and extremely disappointed with breakfast service , this seemed very much mismanaged . Property looks old. Only good part is that Niagara state park entrance is only 4 minutes walk

It was an okay room, no sight of the falls. You can not see the falls from any of the rooms here. The property was pretty dirty, the images made it appear more clean. Although, it had a pretty great atmosphere and perfect walking distance for the best price.
