As many other reviews stated it had a very strong musty smell. It wasnt clean. None of the vending machines worked. The breakfast is a make your own type of thing which we didnt utilize. We did grab a couple small muffins for the kids the first day and they said they liked it. Beds were comfortable, we didnt use the pullout couch because of how dirty it looked. They were very accomodating when asking for an extra blanket and a larger garbage bag. We did find a pill on the floor that was a bit irritating since we have 4 young kids. There were no bugs. If we go to the area again we would try somewhere else.

Room very outdated, towels stiff, bed old

This hotel needs upgrading, very outdated. Was not very clean, stains on carpets and curtains.The toilet wouldn't flush properly, I was told where I could find a plunger and service was not offered. Breakfast was minimally. Wouldn't stay here again.

The condition of our room was totally disgusting. Towels were dirty, sheets had holes and pillowcases looked like they had something growing on them. Shower/tub was gross. There was a used toothbrush and food on the carpet. An outlet had been opened up to wire a lamp directly into it, which I am sure would be a safety violation.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were dirty and smelled (probably due to the wet carpet).

The tile on the ceiling was loose and hanging down over the bathtub. The bathtub was dirty. There was a distinct musty smell. It was bad enough that we ended up booking a different hotel to stay in instead of spending the night there.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. Only hot water worked and had trouble turning the knob from how old and calcified everything was. AC was leaking and woke up to half of the room soaked. Not a pleasant stay, front staff person was rude as soon as we walked in.

This property is extremely dated. Upon arrival the systems were down, The manager on duty was not readily available. Angry customers. Manager escalated situation with defenses. Had to change rooms twice because of smells. Terrible customer service except for the female agent who was extremely polite and open minded to solutions.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life, we walked in the room and immediately left it smelt like cat litter, there were bugs in the room, inside the bed was dirty and there was no secure doors. My Apple Watch fell off without me noticing and I can see it on my phone in the room and they refuse to look for and have told me I’m banned from the hotel for non payment despite paying via pay now with hotels.com - this hotel should be condemmed and the staff this morning were horrendous to deal with when I called.

Too much weed smell

The smell of humidity in the room was unbearable. We left even if there was a fee for canceling our stay.

Driving and passing through town. Rate was higher when I arrived to hotel so I booked online while I was in lobby and used Hotels.com points as well. The check-in staff was very polite. Was first assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Pics attached. Room should be condemned, and floor was wet all along the bed where the air-conditioning was. Went back down stairs for a new room. I was then assigned a room on first floor. While it was better, it wreaked of pinesol, bed had a giant divet in tje center, air conditioner filthy, carpert filthy. I had no choice really as I was to tired to continue to drive. The breakfast area was derby.The coffee pot was filthy i spoke to the fun desk, and they told me it's that I had to talk to expedia, and I reminded them epic speedia is not the one that cleans the rose, and they would not give me a refund. This hotel should be condemned and really needs to be looked at as a less than one star hotel.

Dirty, smelly, door keys fail often

Cleanliness is very poor

It was a spacious suite with two bathrooms but there were some fixture problems in one of the bathrooms. It was clean, the check-in was easy, and a decent breakfast. No fridge or safe in room.

Mildew refrigerator. Blanket on bed ripped with the stuffing hanging out, cobweb from toilet to tub, yellow pillows.

Nothing Unique, Room smelled very musty, asked and received a second room. It also smelled Musty. Hard to breathe. Shower leaked, rust in bath tub. Hotel was in sad shape, choices for breakfast were very limited. The Lobby and Breakfast area was kept up, but not much else was in great shape

Sell of marijuana, dogs, dirty sheets, laundry not available, but advertised, poor breakfast… I could go on and on
