This hotel needs upgrading, very outdated. Was not very clean, stains on carpets and curtains.The toilet wouldn't flush properly, I was told where I could find a plunger and service was not offered. Breakfast was minimally. Wouldn't stay here again.

The condition of our room was totally disgusting. Towels were dirty, sheets had holes and pillowcases looked like they had something growing on them. Shower/tub was gross. There was a used toothbrush and food on the carpet. An outlet had been opened up to wire a lamp directly into it, which I am sure would be a safety violation.

The tile on the ceiling was loose and hanging down over the bathtub. The bathtub was dirty. There was a distinct musty smell. It was bad enough that we ended up booking a different hotel to stay in instead of spending the night there.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. Only hot water worked and had trouble turning the knob from how old and calcified everything was. AC was leaking and woke up to half of the room soaked. Not a pleasant stay, front staff person was rude as soon as we walked in.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life, we walked in the room and immediately left it smelt like cat litter, there were bugs in the room, inside the bed was dirty and there was no secure doors. My Apple Watch fell off without me noticing and I can see it on my phone in the room and they refuse to look for and have told me I’m banned from the hotel for non payment despite paying via pay now with hotels.com - this hotel should be condemmed and the staff this morning were horrendous to deal with when I called.

Driving and passing through town. Rate was higher when I arrived to hotel so I booked online while I was in lobby and used Hotels.com points as well. The check-in staff was very polite. Was first assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Pics attached. Room should be condemned, and floor was wet all along the bed where the air-conditioning was. Went back down stairs for a new room. I was then assigned a room on first floor. While it was better, it wreaked of pinesol, bed had a giant divet in tje center, air conditioner filthy, carpert filthy. I had no choice really as I was to tired to continue to drive. The breakfast area was derby.The coffee pot was filthy i spoke to the fun desk, and they told me it's that I had to talk to expedia, and I reminded them epic speedia is not the one that cleans the rose, and they would not give me a refund. This hotel should be condemned and really needs to be looked at as a less than one star hotel.

It was a spacious suite with two bathrooms but there were some fixture problems in one of the bathrooms. It was clean, the check-in was easy, and a decent breakfast. No fridge or safe in room.
