Very clean with incredible restaurants and shopping in neighborhood. Public transportation is close by and front desk personnel were very kind and helpful

Perfect hotel for a long or short NYC trip. Room was very clean upon arrival, and room service cleaned every day of our stay making sure we always had a comfortable room to stay in. TV has Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ so we were able to watch stuff while getting ready. Hotel is very close to the subway and streets are safe and easy to navigate. Perfect location! AC unit worked great and we weren’t struggling with heat at all. Staff was incredibly kind and even offered to let me borrow a charger when mine broke. They also held our luggages after checking out so we can enjoy our last few hours without having to drag it around.
Only complaint was the noise of the planes at night, but not much to be done about that.
10/10 stay, and will absolutely keep in mind for my next trip.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. There was no quilt, only a thin blanket. I even found a cockroach. I won't book this hotel again.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The pillow was visibly dirty, which made it hard to feel comfortable. Even worse, there were urine stains under the toilet, which clearly had not been properly cleaned. I hope the hotel takes hygiene more seriously in the future

The bed sheets were not changed and still had traces of liquid from the previous guest. There were hairs on the bathroom drain and shower wall. I entered the room at 1am when my flight was delayed. I was so sleepy that I simply turned over the bed and slept. At 5am, I was woken up by various knocks on the door, conversations in the corridor, and the sound of the plane landing. Such conditions and services are unacceptable.

Hotel is in a busy area but well maintained and staff are friendly. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the nearest subway station and only a few mins to LaGuardia Airport. Overall good stopover stay.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was spacious and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, we were in town for the US Open but like many other places it was over priced for what we received.
Just need some upgrades like USB Charging and a light near bed.
Thank you it was ideal for what we were there for only 1trsi stop from the stadium. Now walking by the garbage cans to get there was terrible, other business need to clean their garbage can regularly.

The location and price were convenient to LGA and to Billie Jean King Center and was quiet and safe. However, this is a 2-star hotel at best, wifi was bad, no amenities (like a hostel), maid service was inadequate (didn't do my room even when I asked), towels were small and stiff, no cofee just instant coffee and a boiler, blankets were thin, and there a ton of flies in the room. Will mostly like not stay here again.
