Perfect hotel for a long or short NYC trip. Room was very clean upon arrival, and room service cleaned every day of our stay making sure we always had a comfortable room to stay in. TV has Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ so we were able to watch stuff while getting ready. Hotel is very close to the subway and streets are safe and easy to navigate. Perfect location! AC unit worked great and we weren’t struggling with heat at all. Staff was incredibly kind and even offered to let me borrow a charger when mine broke. They also held our luggages after checking out so we can enjoy our last few hours without having to drag it around. Only complaint was the noise of the planes at night, but not much to be done about that. 10/10 stay, and will absolutely keep in mind for my next trip.

The staff was very friendly. We got in early and were able to check in early with no extra charge. They were also very helpful. Room was nice and it was quiet as well

Hotel is in a busy area but well maintained and staff are friendly. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the nearest subway station and only a few mins to LaGuardia Airport. Overall good stopover stay.

Good location for public transportation and dining if you like Japanese cuisine. Loud during the day but overall quiet overnight. Wasn’t happy about the jackhammer at 8:40 when check out was 11. Overall it was good.

Asked to pay for early check in? Should’ve been free. This is not the Marriott. And TV wasn’t working. And hotel does not validate parking? The ought to. There’s no parking around there.

I don’t know if they were fixing the elevator, cleaning or just making noise for no reason but there was noise on the floor the whole entire night, it was hard to sleep. Room wasn’t very clean. No tv remote in room.

The room was very small - with two double beds (which we requested). Staff was very good at helping us change the reservation from two to 4 people (my mistake when booking). The room was clean-ish. One of the matresses was ripped on the side. As we were packing up to leave, we saw a roach in the room. The garage where we parked our car was secure. Food options were limited - we could only find chinese restaurants. We did enjoy Dumpling Xi - food was excellent.
