Overall its a good hotel theonly downsides are how far it is from the main center and if you dont have a parking you pretty much doomed because now u ehter have to park on the other side of the road where its call dollywoad

last min booking and it went great. kids loved the water slide at the pool.

1/10 Looks like the pictures was taken 20 years ago. It’s dirty. Clearly hasn’t been clean right in years. Bed is uncomfortable. Ac don’t work well. Didn’t stay the second night because of how just nasty is was and they refused to give me any of my money back.

Overall it was just a little ran down. Out tv remote was broken. Both water slides are usable but need work. We had to unplug either the tv or refrigerator in order to plug in the microwave when ever we wanted to use it.

First room smelled of urine and had roaches, 2nd roomed had unfinished work in the bathroom and loose trimming on flooring and I can go on. The toilet seats are so worn out and stained. I can’t believe rooms are being offered with these types of problems. This is my first review ever and I’m not happy.

The room was super dirty. Very run down. The price is about what you would expect for the rundown condition. Very ghettoish

Pool area had a lot of what looked like black mold around it. Pool was merky and you couldnt see through it.

The beds were good & clean, but almost everything else needed to be deep cleaned. The pools needed scrubbed, they had algae all over them.. but the slides were fun. The rooms need updating. Overall, it’s ok if you just need somewhere to sleep & shower.

The whole place needs cleaned and updated. The towels were scratchy. Nasty floors, pools and pool areas need cleaned. Our fridge and phone did not work. The tv barley worked

Great room for the price! We especially enjoyed the pool areas!

It was close.. pool was dirty slide outside was fast kids loved that.. room was smelly and old.. smelled like smoke

Property was ok for price but the pools was really dirty. Water was very unclean and foggy. Our room had no hot water so no shower glad it was just quick overnight trip.

The room had a horrible smell, the linens on the bed were dirty with a nasty smell, the bath tub was filthy with stains, the floor around the toilet was disgusting. The pools OMG had had green slime around the edges and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, the water was so cloudy you could not see the design of the turtle at the bottom and let’s not forget the adults smoking at the pool. The place was just disgusting, I will never stay here again!!!

I should have read reviews before we arrived, but I didn’t. We checked in & went to the room & there was POOP on our bathroom door, holes in the wall, the paint on the cabinets were chipped off, where you hang your clothes was rusted. My kids found a chewed up Zyn pouch (tobacco) on the bed. You couldn’t see through the pools water, the kiddie pool was absolutely filthy. There was algae on the pool steps and the bottom step was broken on the pool. We went to dinner and came back to get ready for bed & when we pulled the blankets off there were brown stains on the sheets. We saw a roach & bugs in the bathroom. If I could give 0 stars I would. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Pictures online look much better than in person. Entering the room it has a strange smell that eventually disappated. The sheet they zip the mattress with was stained. The jets in the tub was black. Before we left we saw a roach crawling across the floor in our room. The one and only roach we saw or we wouldve left much sooner. The pool was extremely cloudy and dirty. The price was way too much for what we got. Very disappointed!

Both pools were a shad of green. Indeed of a deep clean really bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Carpets dirty. You had to go all the way into the lobby to get ice. Will not ever be stay there again. The only thing worked right was the internet.

Exceptional stay kids loved the slides too a was clean

Indoor pool

The tub was rotten and had crack in it, the shower head was hanging out of the wall. Couldn’t take a comfortable shower because of how low the shower head hung down. Had to be careful where you stepped in the tub or you’d get your door cut open my fiberglass. The water would go from comfortable to blistering hot then to freezing cold all within a matter of seconds. Booked this place because my mom used to take us there as kids and it was nice but not no more. Will not be returning!

This place hasn't seen a paintbrush or hammer in a decade. Extremely run down. Chose this place solely for the pools and slides. Conditions were abismal, and a few things downright dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. The ceiling of the indoor pool looks covered in black mold. The timbers holding the stairs and ramp to the indoor slide are rotten to the core. This place is just waiting to be shut down.
