Solid hotel Breakfast was OK, not great

Staff not helpful not enough bedding, towels for all the guest. My sink did not, cabinets smelled very bad.

A bit outdated but worth the price. Not happy that i reserved a room with king bed, and was given a room with queen bed instead

Parking was very convenient and the room was spacious and very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The place was a like an apartment, ir had separate rooms, kitchen, dining table and a sofa and tv. The bed and sofa were very comfortable

Room was good over all. Pots and pans were burnt, Not cleaned well. They need to put in small non-stick fry pan and griddle. Small pot for small cooking.

Very good. Just what we needed after hours on the road.

I liked the kitchenette. Breakfast was ok. People in the next door were loud and verbally arguing all night.

The check-in was not good the room given to us was occupied so we had to go back and be reassigned a room which was perfect nice and quiet. Access to the building was not easy however only one card locked door was working to get back in room at 5 am

They charged me additional $87 I already paid with Expedia

Hot el is convenient and quieter that the casino hotels. Pool area was dirty, dog poop in pool area not there fault . Outside area was bombarded with loud kids and parents till late at. Ight

Room was shabby, hotel was old and worn-out. Furniture was garbage.

They had mandatory maintenance but I have never told about. My son was staying at the room and they tried get in. I should change my work schedule and return to the room for this. Maintenance workers are very professional and good but when I complained about this to the front desk, attendant gave me an attitude. I don’t want to open my room for maintenance when I am unattended. my personal stuffs are there. In addition, I have to suffer chemical smell for next couple hours. You’d better to check their forced maintenance schedule before you book

Not very clean and they ran out of food and coffee at breakfast. Besides the stains on the sheets, the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel. But most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Had issue with air conditioning, but overall nice place to stay.

Lady at the front had no personality. Hallways smelled, room had stains on the drapes, hand prints on the ac unit and thermostat, ac didn’t work - 75 degrees in the room - stale and stuffy, and tv remote didn’t work. Thankful for only needing to stay for a few hours.

We arrived around 6pm, had to stand in line 45 minutes to check-in, and when it was finally our turn we were told our room wasn't ready. We booked months in advance, so they were expecting us. When our room was finally "ready" we found the carpet covered in pet stains. We didn't have any pets, but a pet room would have been fine if it had been sanitized. Obviously they don't comprehend that the pet fees collected are to be used to sanitize the inevitable accidents. The silverware in the kitchen drawer was extremely sticky, the water pressure was lousy, and there were no bath towels. When I called the front desk and asked for towels I was told they would send some up right away. Two hours later we still had no towels, so my husband went to the desk to collect them. As he was explaining the problem to the clerk, a guest behind him spoke up to say that they were there for the same reason. The mattress on the hide-away was urine stained and was a torture device, as it was just springs covered with a piece of cloth and no padding whatsoever. This place needs to be inspected by the health department. Breakfast was edible, but not good. The only compensation we received for all the inconvenience was to have the parking fee waived. What kind of hotel charges its customers to use the parking lot? Only good points: The A/C worked, the regular bed was comfy, and the night clerk was friendly. My recommendation is to avoid Sonesta.
