We did not stay at that place. At arrival, there were two untrustable persons, one outside and the other one was inside the location, this one joined the one outside. When my family noticed that, they got nervous and we decided to leave the place, at the same time we asked for reimbursement and they denied to reimbursement.

Quiet area comfortable beds nice staff Roaches was coming out the walls & ac unit

Breakfast was weak. Bedroom was ok besides toilet not working then the maintenance man supposedly came to fix it just for it to break again. Housekeeping didnt bring fresh towels the whole weekend.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. After we paid they waited to inform us the elevators were out and the maintenanceman will be there to fix it. It never got fixed and I stayed on the 4th floor so i had to carry everything up and down. Also had holes in the walls and Roaches inside the bedroom and Livingroom. I informed the staff and they said it was nothing they can do and they have no on-site manager. I will never stat there again

Custom service was excellent, great restaurants in the area

No elevator

Las facilidades limpias y excelentes. El trato del personal terrible. Fuimos a desayunar a las 8:40 am se había terminado el café y de mala manera nos dijeron que no había más. Es una pena que el personal de la noche en que llegamos no valorara su trabajo al igual que la señora que atendía el área del desayuno. La habitación de mi hijo te ía olor a cigarrillo y no se la cambiaron porque el olor era de las productos de limpieza, cuando realmente el olor era de cigarrillo.

Todo hubiera sido perfecto pero el.cuarto tenia un poco de olor a cigarrillo y cuando lo indicamos nos digeron q eran los productos de limpieza y no nos cambio de cuarto.

Just the elevator are out off service but everything else is good

Second time staying here, both times have been a good experience, elevator was loud and squeaky the first time but they have fixed it since then. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

1. Room 517, toilet doesn’t work. 2. The room was dirty. They didn’t clean it until the following morning. 3. They were supposed to have a breakfast buffet until 10am. They refused to cook more food, to accommodate their guests. In fact, they ran out of eggs, at 9am. I didn’t have breakfast. 4. Also, they charged me a $100 deposit for a dirty room There was an assault on a woman at the hotel. Their was a lot of blood.

it was okay but would not stay again, or recommend.

Very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I would not recommend. The elevator was missing buttons. Car that was parked one space over from me window was smashed and the hotel had no clue. See pics below
