Very convenient location, 2 mins walk from metro line 1. The room is comfortable with well equipped little kitchen. Breakfast is free and with more options than most of the other hotels. Staffs are nice. If I would complain, the elevators are not user-friendly enough, there are two and two in different sides, I always need to run back-and-forth to catch the elevator. Another thing is the room is too dark, I would need to buy a table lamp so that I could read after the evening.

This hotel was brilliant, room was spotless, kitchens was fantastic, the bed was so comfortable (pillows could of been better) the shower was lovely, absolutely massive. You also get a free breakfast, there was a lot to choose from. Quality was really good. The staff were all amazing with us, we have disabilities and they couldnt help us enough. We've been to NY many times and this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at, thank you to everyone who made are stay special

L’hôtel est vraiment top ! Il ne manque absolument rien dans les chambres et la petite cuisine est parfaite. Le coin petit-déjeuner est un peu petit mais reste tout à fait convenable.

The suite was too small for us to move around and the closet and bathroom were also small.

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah, 2 Metrohaltestellen zum Times Square. Auch die Verbindung vom JFK Flughafen zum Hotel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut (ca. 1 Std.). Das Frühstück war für New Yorker Verhältnisse ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, wenig Möglichkeiten, seine Kleidung in den Schränken unterzubringen. Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank u. eine Mikrowelle (nicht genutzt) sowie Geschirr u. Besteck.

Great location close to metro stations, easy check in and clean amenities. Great stay!

Our stay was pleasant but we had a few issues. We loved the terrace, it was so nice to have an outdoor space. Unfortunately, the room was so small, it was difficult to move around, and the lights by the kitchen/front door were not working.

Un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Manhattan, la metropolitana è a pochi passi e Time Square si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. La stanza è confortevole e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in una città come New York. Buona la colazione e il servizio di luggage. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near Madison Square Garden at LIRR.

Tudo muito bom. Localização excelente, atendimento cordial. Porém, o quarto é minúsculo. Para um Casal com duas malas fica difícil a movimentação dentro do quarto.

Staff was very welcoming and excellent I was supposed to stay in a studio with a kitchenette on the 32nd floor and I explained to one of the people at the desk that it was a husband wife trip and I wanted a really beautiful view so he upgraded me to a top floor for no extra charge and I really appreciated that

Hotel très très bien situé et à 30 mètres du métro: très pratique. Petit déjeuner assez complet. Personnel assez disponible même en français. Allez voir Emmanuel, très sympathique. Cependant, 2 points plutôt négatifs: - taille des chambres : Très très... Très peu de place pour le rangement ou même poser sa valise, taille de salle bain minuscule. - temps d'attente pour les ascenseurs: à moins de vouloir monter ou descendre à 2h du matin, éviter les heure de pointe. 10 min d'attente par moment.
