This hotel was brilliant, room was spotless, kitchens was fantastic, the bed was so comfortable (pillows could of been better) the shower was lovely, absolutely massive. You also get a free breakfast, there was a lot to choose from. Quality was really good. The staff were all amazing with us, we have disabilities and they couldnt help us enough. We've been to NY many times and this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at, thank you to everyone who made are stay special

Our stay was pleasant but we had a few issues. We loved the terrace, it was so nice to have an outdoor space. Unfortunately, the room was so small, it was difficult to move around, and the lights by the kitchen/front door were not working.

Staff was very welcoming and excellent I was supposed to stay in a studio with a kitchenette on the 32nd floor and I explained to one of the people at the desk that it was a husband wife trip and I wanted a really beautiful view so he upgraded me to a top floor for no extra charge and I really appreciated that

We had 5 nights at Towne Place Suites. Location was great, close to subway and easy to walk to places. Breakfast was great and plentiful, although very busy. The air con in our room was very noisy. Bed and pillows were not the comfiest. Sometimes the wait for the lifts was crazy. We were thankful for being on the 4th floor and not the 44th!

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast has good varieties but dinning area is small and crowded at 8:30-9:30, the elevator is also problematic when traffic is heavy in the morning. We once waited more than 10 minutes to get on the elevator.

Generally a very good place to stay. It was clean and as quiet as a NYC hotel can be. I've stayed in worse. Keep in mind the elevators are EXTREMELY slow to pick up, especially at breakfast time when everyone is trying to get downstairs. And when one finally arrives you may not fit on it. This was almost a 5 star experience but I hated those elevators
