Bao Son International Hotel

Near the city centre. All the others are just an average hotel

The hotel room has lots of spaces, clean and tidy. Breakfast is fair, not many choice but it's what you expect from a 4 star hotel in Hanoi.

Had a great time. Very friendly staff! Clean rooms.

Basically I love to stay in this hotel. However in last stay, while taking a shower, I slipped and fell, hitting my lower back and elbow hard. My elbow doesn't hurt unless it hits something, but my lower back (around the armpit) hurts a lot when I stand up from sitting or get out of bed, and it's really painful. This was prevented if the hotel provided non-slip mat, which was practiced by some hotels. I strongly wish that the hotel will provide non-slip mat!!

As accomodation facility, generally acceptable for our stay.

Breakfast is good everyday. But I’m sad for many restaurants in Vincom center nereby closed recently.

Breakfast is always very good! It's a little far but you can walk to Japanese town and Lotte hotel. There're many restaurant there. If you don't want to go far, there is a Vincom mall very near, you can eat and shop there.

部屋もお風呂も綺麗で広かったです。 海外には珍しく、シャワートイレも付いていて快適でした。

이번이 2번째 머물렀습니다. 저번에도 느꼈지만 직원들이 정말 친절하다고 느꼈습니다. 조식도 좋았고 시설도 만족 스러웠습니다. 카지노 직원들도 역시 친절했구요. 식사도 만족스러웠습니다.
