Very pleased when staying at Bao Son Hotel. I booked a normal room but came to check in 2 bedrooms 1 living room very spacious and clean. Breakfast many dishes very well taste. There is a 4-season swimming pool for adults and children. After I will return to this hotel.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Baoson International Hotel for my business trips. Hanoi traffic and hustle bustle can be intimidating, however this hotel is well positioned in Hanoi City for me to travel to meetings and more importantly it also very easy and convenient to host business discussion over coffee and tea in the afternoon and evenings. There are shopping Malls and Restaurants within walk-in distance near by to help make up and fill the hours between business. The room are clean and the service attended are very good too.

Did a late check out due to my oversight. But the front desk staff didn't get angry or threatened with extra charge, rather they told me not to worry and take my time to pack up... I was impressed by their thoughts and actions

I've stayed one week in this hotel. It is not very special but well enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the personal friendly and helpful. Hot water in the bathroom and good internet/wifi. The asian breakfast is quite extended, the western part of the buffet is reasonable. I would have enjoyed freshly grinded coffee. I just wish hotels would provide the rooms with soft-closing doors.

Used to be the only 5 star hotel in Hanoi, the Baoson manages to keep its charm and elegance. The meeting rooms are comfortable and modern. The main areas are well maintained and still have its charm. The area is very busy. The Baoson is located on the largest and busiest street in Hanoi. I do not recommend crossing the largest street in Hanoi. It does not look safe.

This is a business trip and I have decided on this place as I have been staying in the old quarter for my past few trips. I was given a very big room after a free upgrade. The room was rather old. In terms of cleanliness it was just average. The hotel was located at a busy junction so you can expect to be woken up by the noise of the horning if you stay facing the main road. The hotel is located next to a big mall and getting food is not an issue. The old quarter is located about 6 km away but with the traffic condition in Hanoi, it can take a lot much longer to reach your destination.
