Great services. I got a wrong room which is not capable for the family, but they supported really well to adjust. I love how friendly they are during the stay, 5 stars.

The hotel is old, so the facilities are a bit run-down, and the soundproofing isn't great, but since it's not too crowded, it's not too noisy. Although it's old, the toilets are clean and don't smell bad. I like staying here because the rooms are spacious and airy. The breakfast buffet doesn't have too many dishes, but it's quite good. There's an indoor heated swimming pool.

Very pleased when staying at Bao Son Hotel. I booked a normal room but came to check in 2 bedrooms 1 living room very spacious and clean. Breakfast many dishes very well taste. There is a 4-season swimming pool for adults and children. After I will return to this hotel.
