Good experience for my biz trip

I had a pleasant stay and all the staff are wonderful. The only negative comment I would like to have is they are taking more then 30days to credit my nights into Expedia and when I reach out they kept silent and don’t reply at all. So I guess they only take care of you during the actual stay, once checked out, I feel worthless to them and they don’t event bother to reply

Overall staying experience is good, staff is excellent

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic. Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel. Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have.

Had an issue with reception, waking me up early in the morning it was 10 oclock but cause of my nature of work in the US and had to stay awake to deal with my business. Slept around 6am. And woke up at 10 cause they wanted me to settle my bills which i find ridiculous even though i still had 2 extra days at the hotel. But otherwise the bellman and concierge services were amazing.

Highly recommend— this location delivers on its promise. I’ve stayed there four times and each time it has been exceptional.

Great hotel and location

Flot hotel med et fornuftigt serviceniveau. Beliggenheden er rigtig god og i gåafstand fra det meste. Jeg valgte hotellet fordi jeg skulle bruge den lokale restaurant til et møde. Det viste sig dog at den var under renovering, trods adskillige billeder stadig bruges som Selling point her på siden. Havde aldrig valgt hotellet hvis jeg viste det på forhånd og synes reelt set det er bedrageri at at man ikke kan være sikker på at hotellets faciliteter er til rådighed ved booking. Den sidste del kan være uheldig timing, men der var lang ventetid ved udtjekning, så endte med at gå efter 15 min. hvor køen stadig ikke havde flyttet sig.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel central to so many things within walking distance. Great gym and food & drink options. Highly recommend.

Great city center location (near many major restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions), reasonable rate, very good facilities, nice and comfortable room, and excellent services.
