The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic. Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel. Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have.

the location is super convenient, and the service of reception is the best. Only 2 things made this trip a little bit not that perfect. first one was the guests who stayed in the room 1609 talking loudly even after midnight. I could hear them clearly through the door between 2 rooms. Second one was the left side of the bed collapsed. otherwise this would be a perfect experience of staying.

Et hotell som lever opp til de fem stjernene de har. I hjertet av Saigon med tilgjengelighet til det meste med korte gåturer. Rommet var supert, rent og pent og det ble fikset hver dag. Frokosten hadde det meste og var smakfull. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Everything was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the AC is good and the bed is comfy. I had a massage in the SPA and it relaxed and my body. Add to all that the central location of the hotel.

The Caravelle is my preferred choice when staying in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff here is the best. They are very friendly, polished, and professional; always there with a smile to assist. You can't ask for a more convenient location.
