The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic. Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel. Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have.

the location is super convenient, and the service of reception is the best. Only 2 things made this trip a little bit not that perfect. first one was the guests who stayed in the room 1609 talking loudly even after midnight. I could hear them clearly through the door between 2 rooms. Second one was the left side of the bed collapsed. otherwise this would be a perfect experience of staying.

The hotel was very nice, my biggest complaint was the downgraded room. I did not receive my room upgrade. That was very disappointing.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und eignet sich bestens als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Abholung mit Limo am Flughafen klappte bestens, so wie auch der Check in. Schnell und organisiert. Zimmer in bestem Zustand, alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig, sehr sauber. Alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Luxushotels vorhanden. Ein Zimmer mit Zugang in die Signature Lounge lohnt sich auch jeden Fall. Leichte Snacks und Getränke tagsüber, abends ein begrenztes Speisenangebot im Buffetform, das durchaus ein Abendessen ersetzen kann. Beide Restaurants sehr empfehlenswert. Nineteen mit einem Klasse Seafood Buffet incl. sehr gut zubereiteten frischen Austern. Reflections ist ein Luxusrestaurant (auch preislich) mit entsprechender Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl und v.a. einem traumhaften Service. Das gesamte Personal sehr professionell, bestens geschult, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die berühmte Rooftop Bar haben wir nur kurz besucht, schöne Aussichten... Von der vereinzelt erwähnten Lärmbelästigung durch den Casinobetrieb haben wir nicht mitgekriegt. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Saigon sind wir mit Sicherheit wieder Gäste des Caravelle Hotels.
