位置便利，卫生间干净

在这家酒店住了两晚，体验很棒。唯一的缺点是酒店竟然免费收取了不少押金。

酒店不错，房间比较新，经理对顾客态度很好，早餐菜品比较少

前台工作人员不会在客人入住和退房期间为客人搬运行李。酒店停车场保安没有协助客人倒车进入停车场（停车场有很多狭窄、隐蔽的角落）。

工作人员很友好，没有什么可抱怨的。但是第一次去五星级酒店等待办理入住手续时没有提供迎宾饮料。然后我第一次没钱的时候看到存款，就用了visa卡😮‍💨。

Our stay at the Caravelle was magnificent. It was great as a launching pad for exploring and a calm oasis to come back to at the end of the day.

Everything is goods, but I think the breakfast should be better for a hotel like this.

Nice hotel to stay. Quiet environment yet so near to the downstairs busy street.

We had a great time while staying at Caravelle Saigon. I would like to said thank you especially to Ms. Kim who always there at concierge or the front desk. She was being very helpful to us and making sure we're comfortable through our stay.

Khách sạn phục vụ tốt. Sạch sẽ. Lần sau nếu quay lại Sài Gòn mình vẫn sẽ chọn Caravelle
