20年重回calivaila 感覺回到年輕時候 五星級的設施與服務 同樣讓人震撼與佩服維持度這麼高

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic. Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel. Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have.

the location is super convenient, and the service of reception is the best. Only 2 things made this trip a little bit not that perfect. first one was the guests who stayed in the room 1609 talking loudly even after midnight. I could hear them clearly through the door between 2 rooms. Second one was the left side of the bed collapsed. otherwise this would be a perfect experience of staying.

整體感受是美好的， 地點好、入住快捷、環境美觀雅緻、房間整潔、服務熱忱，而且冷氣夠冷、熱水夠熱、Wi-Fi訊號夠強～👍 鄰近咖啡公寓、中央大道、歌劇院、遊覽巴士、附近還有很多酒吧，步行5分鐘能到兩大購物中心，門口就有計程車、叫Grab也很方便，下次還會選擇這家飯店。

cant think of anywhere more convenient than here.

Check in 5 mìnutes before 2pm but they said the room is not ready. Breakfast servicing is no good either. I asked for bún bò hue but he ooured the phố broth into my bowl, when i pointed out that is not bún bò hue broth, he said let mẹ change it without saying sorry at all, it seems it is common mistake…it was no big deal but offering an appology would be nice

Stayed for 3 nights. Very beautiful hotel. Walkable to shopping area and conveniently at the central location to all tourist attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful.

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで良かった。 部屋番号をレストランに伝えたが　チェックアウト後だったので割引にしてもらえなかったようだ。そこは　残念

初ベトナム、ホーチミン。ハネムーンでの利用でした！気を使っていただきアップグレードしていただき、可愛い薔薇のアレンジもお部屋にあったりとロマンティックでした。周辺アクセス◎また利用したいです。

I always choose Caravelle every time I visit Saigon. The location is excellent. Staff is very kind and attentive. The room is clean and spacious. I will stay again next time.
