The location is perfect, and the rooms are quiet and well designed, but the real highlight was the incredible staff!

Wonderful and modern hotel that is spotless. Air conditioning works well. Hotel looks new with the nicest staff. Excellent breakfast that changes daily. Pho is better than most restaurants. Across from a great cafe and many dining choices. Close to main shopping and major food streets. Only issue is that like most of Hanoi, you have a mix of modern and developing properties. However, the area is very safe.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design that shows great attention to detail — everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.
We arrived early in the morning around 6 AM after an overnight train. Although the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer early check-in right away, the staff welcomed us warmly and promised to arrange a room as soon as one became available — which they did as soon as they could.
This is a new hotel with excellent service and a high-quality environment. We highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Rooms are immaculate and modern, small, but have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and extensive menu. Range of onsite meal / drinks options. Location is central and easy to walk to any location in the old district. Staff are amazing and there to assist before you know you need assistance; this was one of several hotels we stayed at during out visit to Vietnam and is easily the best - we will use it again and recommend it to anyone. If you have the budget, book the bigger rooms.

I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my trip much better!

素晴らしいホテルでした。
ロケーションも旧市街、ナイトマーケット、ホアンキエム湖に徒歩圏内と抜群。
部屋はコンパクトですが丁度良いサイズで快適、朝食は宿泊代に含まれていましたがクオリティーが高く、コストパフォーマンス最高です。
ちっちゃなプールが屋上にあり、眺めが良く、街歩きに疲れたらここで楽しむのも良いと思います。
スタッフの方皆んな優しく丁寧な応対で、非の打ち所がありませんでした。
またハノイは訪れた際は使いたいと思います。
