Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, free Vietnam coffee was awesome too.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design that shows great attention to detail — everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We arrived early in the morning around 6 AM after an overnight train. Although the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer early check-in right away, the staff welcomed us warmly and promised to arrange a room as soon as one became available — which they did as soon as they could. This is a new hotel with excellent service and a high-quality environment. We highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

Amazing Stay

Fantastisk hyggelig hotell med helt super service fra de ansatte. Hotellet har veldig bra beliggenhet i gamlebyen med korte gåturer til de mest kjente attraksjonene. Rommet var rent og fint. Vaskepersonalet

英語が話せないと色々不便ではありましたが、スタッフの方は精一杯対応してくださり　笑顔でチェックアウト後も接して荷物預かりや　お店の予約等 大変助かりました。朝食は種類、お味とも素晴らしく　景色を眺めながら楽しめました。

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Rooms are immaculate and modern, small, but have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and extensive menu. Range of onsite meal / drinks options. Location is central and easy to walk to any location in the old district. Staff are amazing and there to assist before you know you need assistance; this was one of several hotels we stayed at during out visit to Vietnam and is easily the best - we will use it again and recommend it to anyone. If you have the budget, book the bigger rooms.

大変素晴らしいホテルです。部屋はコンパクトですがとても清潔で快適。朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富でどれも美味しく、眺めも良い会場です。何よりスタッフの皆さんが笑顔でとても親切で感動しました。またハノイに行くことがあればこちらに泊まります。

I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my trip much better!

素晴らしいホテルでした。 ロケーションも旧市街、ナイトマーケット、ホアンキエム湖に徒歩圏内と抜群。 部屋はコンパクトですが丁度良いサイズで快適、朝食は宿泊代に含まれていましたがクオリティーが高く、コストパフォーマンス最高です。 ちっちゃなプールが屋上にあり、眺めが良く、街歩きに疲れたらここで楽しむのも良いと思います。 スタッフの方皆んな優しく丁寧な応対で、非の打ち所がありませんでした。 またハノイは訪れた際は使いたいと思います。

L'accueil et le personnel toijours tres professionnel. La piscine est vraiment sympa. Au coeur du vieux quartier on a pu profiter de tout a pied.

Veldig bra service, personalet var svært vennlige, serviceinnstilte og tilgjengelige så å si hele tiden. De ga gode anbefalinger til aktiviteter og spisesteder. Hotellet har sentral beliggenhet og gode fasiliteter, det er rent og rommene er fine og behagelige.

Absolutely amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us- even escorted us to our next hotel to meet our tour group! Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere

재방문 의사 매우 있음!! 모든 직원들이 친절함 로비 소파에 착석한 상태로 체크인 해주심->웰컴드링크/차가운 수건 제공해주셔서 매우 편안하게 체크인 진행 로비 층고가 높아서 개방감이 좋았음 신상호텔답게 매우 쾌적하고 깨끗함 이른 투어 일정 때문에 Meal box 제공해주심 화장실 넓고 쾌적했음 호안끼엠호수/야시장/맥주거리 도보권으로 위치 좋음 지하에 힙한 Bar가 있음 일정 때문에 수영장 못 가본게 아쉽네요...

From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by the staff, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had an impressive variety of high-quality local and western dishes that catered to every taste. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s trendy bar, which boasts a great selection of cocktails. Its convenient location added even more value to our stay, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Every detail from the service to the design exceeded our expectations.
