First Hotel

總體的服務算得上親切，只是設備裝潢比較舊，若能重新裝潢就完美了，周邊的餐廳及設施非常方便！

房間設備好，早餐普通

The room is good, breakfast is fine. Location is convenient.

It is the second time I stay at the hotel. Their email reply was prompt and you can almost find everything you need from the hotel or surrounding nearby. I will surely stay here for my next Ho Chi Minh City visit.

不知何故，机场接机的人不是酒店派的人（但举着我的名牌，机场看不到他们酒店的人），结果路上被司机以让我给停车费为由骗我把钱包掏出来给她看，结果被顺走了100美金。这个很不愉快！！ 应该只有酒店才知道我的航班和我的名字才对，不是吗？为何让坏人知道了并来冒充接我？ 这种情况酒店是否应该补偿我？？

浴缸止水閥故障未修

房間很老舊，燈光很暗，但門口的服務人員不錯。 優點是離機場近，有接送服務。

機場附近搭機方便，附近用餐也很便利。

職員服務非常好。 飛機delay和處理過關簽證遲了2小時，酒店人員還是在等接機，讚 還包早餐，雖然普普通通，但覺得可以接受

Hotel staff's English level is good and good hotel communication prior to check-in. This hotel is not too far from Ho Chi Minh city airport with good security.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the hotel offer free airport pick up and delvier to the airport. The room is very clean and no smell. The breakfast buffett offer a nice PHO and western style/ Vietnamese style food and good enough to start a day. Very good location to get to airport and not far to the downtown HCMC.

此酒店離機場10多分鐘車程，雖然房間不是太大，設備有點舊，但很淨潔，冷氣設備很好，而酒店免費有專人接送，方便我們這些零晨機到達的人。另外我們晨早4點機離開，酒店職員為我們準備專車及豐富外帶早餐，此舉值得一讚。

The best part about this hotel is free hotel pick up and free shuttle to the airport. That can save you a lot of time to find a taxi in the airport. The hotel is near the airport so you can enjoy the swimming pool and gym before you go to the airport which is about 10 mins. Food is OK. The room is a bit old but comfortable enough to sleep. The hotel staff are very nice to explain everything to you. They are happy, with or without you tip them. The only down side is that there is not much good restaurant around the hotel after 10pm. So you can only order room service.

The information you provide to us is a Bay View double bed room , but actually they don't have any Bay View room after we ask front desk staff , only street view room from this hotel , disappoint for the information is not correct . Noise from the street , cleanses is below average . The worst thing is swimming pool , very strange smell from water and feel bitter for our month after swimming , the worst water I had never taste , it is not normally bleach smell , we even told this condition to safety guard , guess it is very unhealthy for people

酒店房间夠大及整潔，但有点殘舊，整體算可以

餐厅特别棒，尤其是自助餐

All the hotel staff are excellent! Helpful front desk, friendly concierge! They even escort u to cross the road! However, the health club (spa) is a bit. "DARK"....u know what I mean.... But I like the hotel overall!! Great pool, too!

位置还好，服务一般

大力推薦。 靠近機場的好飯店。 服務人員很棒。
