There is an elevator. We left early in the morning for the airport and a ride was ready for us. Too early for breakfast so cannot comment. No Tv in our room. Room was large and spacious.

Older building in a poor area but is very safe family owned and operated very nice people breakfast cooked to order good but not much of a choice rooms are large and clean a/c works great

This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options.

Staff don’t speak English. Need translate app.
They did arrange transport to the Airport but only after recommending Grab a few times :)
It’s a cheap Grab if needed.

Clean and basic hotel close to the airport with free airport pickup and drop-off was good for an overnight transit stay. Staff were polite and helpful, although not all spoke English.
It's located in an odd little back alley away from the road, so I'd only recommend it for a transit stay of one night, as it's nothing fancy and away from town.
I didn't try the breakfast here, so unable to comment about the food.
