Very large clean room, close to the airport. Free transportation to airport. Friendly staff, limited English, need Google translate. Need Vietnamese money for meals in nearby restaurants. Most nearby restaurants are open air traditional ones with no/limited English.

Very nice staff, free pickup/return to the airport, free made to order breakfast included. Waterbottles in the room included. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Very clean and would definitely stay here again

The only good thing is it’s close to the airport. Property is old. Dirty and used cups in room, super hard pillows so we slept without pillows. We paid for two spa rooms but it was dirty so we didn’t use the tub. There are cups for coffee and tea in the room but no tea or coffee provided. No bed sheets and comforter smelled of sweat. We left too early so can’t speak to the breakfast. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is located at the back of an alley. My Grab taxi almost couldn't find it but the map was telling him where to go. The room was big. The bedroom and bathroom is separated by glass walls so if someone was laying in bed they could see you shower, but there is a curtain that you could pull across. I just thought it might be a safety hazard if, in the middle of the night, you get up to use the restroom and run into the glass wall because you're half asleep. The shuttle service was great. They actually came to my door and knocked at the exact time.

Convenient although basic amenities. Comfortable and spacious. Certainly clean. The bathrooms above make a noise though and you should ask for a room that doesn’t face the airport or main road. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Worth what you pay and the proximity to the airport means just a 10 minute drive.

Most accommodating staff and very clean and nice property

Last minute booking through Hotel.com. I sent them a message to collect me at the airport but apparently they can't reply to me. Called them on their contract number and was collected at the airport. Room was large, basic, clean and comfortable. The "free shuttle service" is not free. I paid 250,000VND (return) which is not too bad. Staff were wonderful.

The property manager was very responsive, airport pickup was promptly, just within 10 minutes.

Our stay at HAAP transit was just what we needed before we fe Kew home to Australia. Tge rooms are clean and big and transport to Airport with Andy was smooth and efficient. Thank you

This is an airport hotel primarily for those not looking for the frills - or the cost - of more notable hotels. Clean large room, comfortable bed, breakfast prepared fresh, good transfer to/from airport. A niche hotel but a very good one.

This is a perfect place to stay when I travel to Vietnam. Quiet, beautiful large clean rooms. Staff is awesome.
