Big and clean room, economic budget, good service, nice staff and great location. We'll go to this hotel again when we go to Hanoi next year .Also, we'll recommend our friends and families to live there.

莫名其妙被換飯店，搞的我整個晚上睡不著!很不高興!

Stayed for one night as a layover on our way to Sa Pa. I’m sure most hotels in the area are exactly the same, it was clean and tidy but the bed was so rock hard we could barely sleep. Also asked for two extra pillows and were only given one that was very lumpy. The shower was also difficult to maintain the temperature and not ideal. However the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they offer to store your luggage there while you head off on other trips to Ha Long, Sapa, etc, they made us breakfast to take on our early morning bus and it felt very safe there. Despite being within the main area of Old Town it was quiet in the room. For the price we paid it did the job but given the bed and shower, I am glad we didn’t stay longer.

We were not able to stay in this Hotel when we check in at 11pm. as our room wasn't ready. Apparently, the bathroom was not working. However, the front desk staff was great and vey helpful to organise another hotel/room, without extra cost. The only downfall was that our original booking had the breakfast included. In which we were not able to have it in the new hotel.

Staff are amazing at this property, excellent for Western tourists as they speak English very well. Also very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The location is very centre. The staffs is friendly and kind. The food is nice and a lot of choices. The room is clean and comfortable. I would like to recommend to all tourists and I will come back next time. Thanks for nice staying

호안끼엠 호수와도 가깝고 교통편도 편리해서 좋은 숙소였어요~ 다만, 호텔건물이 오래되서 그런지 약간의 냄새가 나서 그 부분은 좀 불편했습니다. 그러나, 웰컴드링크와 직원들의 친절은 매우 좋았습니다. 가성비 최고의 호텔이었어요~~~

Hôtel réservé pour une nuit seulement entre deux déplacements au Vietnam. Arrivés tardivement nous avons eu du mal à trouver la sonnette extérieure pour prévenir de notre arrivée ! Sinon l’hôtel est largement suffisant pour une nuit, propre et literie confortable et proche de notre lieu de départ de bus.

The biggest single room in Asia. Normally with this price, single roo. is miserable but this hotel offers reasonable space for a single room. Customer service is at its finest level and all staff are very kind anf ready to help. Their breakfast is amazing. Especially their pho is the best in Hanoi. Try chicken pho for breakfast. You will not believe this place is hotel not a reataurant.

I chose this hotel as it is near to the Bus Terminal of my Sapa Trip. But location is not so ideal as you need to walk around 5mins to get to the lake or the central of the Old Quarter. The picture of the room looked new but actually their room looked old. Spacious room given a boutique hotel but bathroom is small. Breakfast was good though and the staff are friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking taxis for me etc. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice of cold buffet or cooked food included in the price. I expected a seperate restaurant and terrace from the description - which I either didn't find/wasn't directed to or they didn't have, though the location is so good you don't need it. I had a single room, and it was comfortable and clean, with good air con, fridge and toiletries, but the room was quite old and in need of redecoration. Overall I enjoyed my stay
