Hilton Saigon

Spacious bedroom, delicious breakfast, and strategically located at the city center. My room was on the 24th floor with a river view, it was really beautiful. Apparently, this is a brand new hotel, so the interior design is modern and bright. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

I had an exceptional stay at Hilton Saigon—truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was nothing short of world-class. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and cared for. A special mention goes to Cōng at the front lobby, who set the tone from the very beginning. Professional, gracious, and incredibly helpful, Cōng went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. That said, the excellence didn’t stop there—the entire team operates at an impressively high standard. Housekeeping, concierge, dining staff—everyone delivered with consistency and pride. What stood out most was the sense that the staff weren’t just doing their jobs—they were fully invested in creating a great experience. It felt seamless, thoughtful, and polished at every touchpoint. Hilton Saigon has clearly built a culture of service that’s both refined and genuinely human. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.

All staff we met on site was friendly, smiley, good mannered, and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had reasonable amount of selections. Food quality was great. Set Lunch and dinner was delicious. Preferred if menu selections could be more. Special recognitions are given to 10th floor breakfast buffet waitor Son and 9th floor Receptionist Vy for their attentiveness, caring for details.
