From the main entry on the ground floor to the check-in counter on the 9th floor, all the way up to the restaurant, my wife and I were welcomed with utmost courtesy and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet at Strand restaurant—complete with fresh coconut juice, abundant selection of pastries and fruits—was a sight to behold!

Hotel is still quite new. The location is good to walk around to find shops and food.
Breakfast spread is good but the pho taste probably can be improved?
Service is very good at all level of staff.

The lady when we checked in was a little rude.
She also didn’t let me add my Hilton Honors points.
Additionally, we had reservations for the brunch service and they cancelled our reservation and when I asked why she just said “it’s just available anymore”. She could have tried to offer another reservation time or given me a reason why it was canceled. Instead she made me call back to look for another reservation.
Other than the lady when we were checking and the reservation mix up everything else was fantastic

You get what you pay for. Excellent hotel in a very good location.
The room is quite spacious, clean, and has a safe. The toiletries are of good quality.
The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, but is very diverse and big. There's an egg live station.
The concierge staff are helpful. There were times when we came with shopping bags that they took and delivered to our room when we wanted to drop them off to leave again.

stayed 4 days at the Hilton Saigon. Had a room on the 32nd floor with nice views.
most is quite walkable. Grab is convenient in Saigon, most coming within 3 mins or less.
Breakfest is good at the hotel.
Upgrade to executive lounge is good option. Executive lounge service is good, especially helpful is "Vy". She makes awesome cocktails.
