Nice accommodations and friendly and attentive staff especially the spa. Great massage and body scrub package. Pool was warm and food was delicious.

Facade is uninviting, and it is a good 4.5 K from busy Hoi An. Inside the rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff only too willing to please. It’s decent value for money, but you won’t be wowed. Very good shuttle service necessary given distance from town.

Enjoyable stay. Beautiful river view. Used laundry service after a long trek in Phong Nha - amazed by how fresh our clothes was after cleaning. Would stay again

Love the place and staff. Very clean and quiet and beautiful. My only downside is location. It's a bit far from anything if you just want to wall out and explore. But they do have a shuttle that brings you the the beach or to downtown so it's easy to get there.

Great hotel we loved the the location very quiet on the river ....the staff were very helpful and pleasant ....especially Jack ..!!! .rooms were large and very comfortable beds ...WiFi needs to improve and also breakfast dishes need to be hotter .....overall a really good stay didn’t want to leave ...

I had a very special time here. Location was great because it’s a few minutes out of town, is quiet and the perfect place to rejuvenate before heading back Into the crazy hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s town centre. Free shuttle to town or locals beach. Staff are amazing, very hospitable. Rooms spotless, food good, views of the lake so peaceful and breathtaking.

The rooms and location are lovely. Simple things that could make the stay more pleasant are; Better poolside service - Beer bottles were left poolside overnight. We often had to request towels at the pool. Despite staff having nothing to do at the restaurant next to the pool no one ever came to see if you wanted any food or drinks. More attentive staff at the restaurant- flys would often be all over the fruit at breakfast and the staff didn’t have the initiative to cover the fruit or turn on the fans without prompting. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant for a couple of days as we had a sick child. It was disappointing to wait for such a long time for basic food (half an hour for sandwiches). The food was also overpriced and not particularly good. The shuttle is convenient but stops at two other hotels along the way, so allow half an hour to get to the old town this way. Still a comfortable place to stay away from the busy old town and with a few minor improvements it could be an excellent choice.

Hotel was nice with all the basic facilities and right next to the river. No complains whatsoever about the accommodation as it was more than what we expected. I did however pay extra to have my room upgraded as there was less privacy in our original room. However what made this whole stay a memorable one was due to the fact that their guest relations manager ‘Sunny’ went an extra mile to ensure our needs were well met by arranging for our tours, cars massage etc. I really want to give her a lot of credit for she is great with all her guests and will do everything she can to make their stay a good one. Coco river resort, Sunny is an asset to your hotel and she has done a good job at least enabling us to leave Hoi An with a smile on our face. Thank you Sunny for all your help during our stay there.

Great stay. Helpful staff. Good shuttle into town and to the beach.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. Although it is not a mega-resort like some of those near DaNang, it has all the needed amenities. Around the hotel there is not a lot available to eat short of the hotel's restaurant. We spent most days at An Bang beach or Hoi An. The hotel shuttle offer free drop off or pick-up. If you miss the shuttle, it is only a 10 min. ride to Hoi An. the hotel staff were very helpful. Ted and Jenna provided suggestions for things to do and places to eat. They also arranged an out-of -this world day tour for us including bamboo boat ride, a private cooking class, My Son sanctuary, and an evening ride to Hoi An. Ethan, Steve, Fiona, Kevin, and Sunny were always helpful, friendly to our children, and they always tried their best to help with our requests. Peter was one of the shuttle driver that took us to Hoi An many times day and night. Our kids loved the place and highly recommend it. You cannot stay within Coco River resort during your stay but you will have to go out to see Vietnam and meet its wonderful and friendly people!

We stayed at the Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa for 4 nights in mid September 2017. It was great. We were upgraded to a Pool & River View room on the 3rd floor, it was quite, clean and had a great view from our balcony. We had a problem with locking our door and they fixed it within 10 minutes of letting them know. We ate at the flouting restaurant a couple of times during our stay, the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Khanh and Barman Thinh and staff where so helpful and the food was fantastic. The Resort Manager Vinh introduced himself to us when we arrived and could not have been more helpful. The Pool is so warm and clean, we used at least twice every day. The shuttle bus into town was so helpful & and we just got an Uber back to the resort when we wanted, for 50,000 VND = $2.95 AUD GREAT PLACE TO STAY & RELAX - Far enough away from the hustle & bustle, but still close enough.

Loved this place! If you are after a boutique, peaceful and relaxing environment this is the place to come. It has a fantastic restaurant situated right on the river with lovely views. The food was great! Would recommend the Cooking Lesson they run there. A free shuttle runs from the front door to Hoi An Old Town and to the Beach at regular times throughout the day which made staying 3kms out of town the best of both worlds. The Manager Vinny and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge, very clean and well equipped. My only complaint would be that the beds are very hard (but that was the only issue we had). The swimming pool was great and very inviting at 6am when it was 25 degrees! The massages and facials at the on site spa were amazing and very well priced.

The resort is set away from Hoi An , just a 15 minute shuttle ride away . Rooms are well spaced to give you reasonable privacy , the pool is the main feature with the restaurant eye catching views over the river , a very relaxing atmosphere . If you had children they are catered for with a play room with staff to look after them . Meals at restaurant are first class and very friendly staff , all in all a very relaxing stay.

The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much effort. The shuttle service was handy and the pool/garden surrounds lovely. The only down side was that nothing was within walking distance. This however wasn't an issue due to the shuttle and low taxi cost (between 60-100 dong one-way to the city or beach).
