I stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights and felt extremely satisfied with the experience here. The staff were super enthusiastic and attentive, often asking me if I needed any support, whether I slept well,... The amenities in the room were also complete, lacking nothing, the surrounding view was also beautiful, just open the door and there was a beautiful view to take pictures 😂 I have been to Hoi An 4 times, but if I have the chance to come back, I will definitely still choose Coco River 🫶🏻

This was a lovely spot to spend Tet, and we are so grateful to the amazing staff for making us feel so welcome and supported at a time when families are celebrating together. Beautiful rooms, very clean, good food!

Our rooms were like motel rooms with access to pool out our front door. Large room had everything we needed plus. Large beautiful shower, separate large tub. Comfortable beds, nice overhead fan, toilet separate from bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Restaurant right on the water in a lovely setting. Spa was wonderful. Highly recommend, great for a budget.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, and we had such a relaxing time here. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - they are genuinely lovely people. The food and drinks at the hotel are excellent, and the bamboo bar/restaurant overlooking the river is stunning. Beautiful pool - an excellent spa - there are a lot of activities in the area too that the hotel can help organise but it’s also a really lovely place to stay and relax in and of itself. We hope to be back one day soon! It is close enough to Hoi An old town to be convenient, but quieter and more relaxing.

From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed.

Facade is uninviting, and it is a good 4.5 K from busy Hoi An. Inside the rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff only too willing to please. It’s decent value for money, but you won’t be wowed. Very good shuttle service necessary given distance from town.

Love the place and staff. Very clean and quiet and beautiful. My only downside is location. It's a bit far from anything if you just want to wall out and explore. But they do have a shuttle that brings you the the beach or to downtown so it's easy to get there.

I had a very special time here. Location was great because it’s a few minutes out of town, is quiet and the perfect place to rejuvenate before heading back Into the crazy hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s town centre. Free shuttle to town or locals beach. Staff are amazing, very hospitable. Rooms spotless, food good, views of the lake so peaceful and breathtaking.

The rooms and location are lovely. Simple things that could make the stay more pleasant are; Better poolside service - Beer bottles were left poolside overnight. We often had to request towels at the pool. Despite staff having nothing to do at the restaurant next to the pool no one ever came to see if you wanted any food or drinks. More attentive staff at the restaurant- flys would often be all over the fruit at breakfast and the staff didn’t have the initiative to cover the fruit or turn on the fans without prompting. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant for a couple of days as we had a sick child. It was disappointing to wait for such a long time for basic food (half an hour for sandwiches). The food was also overpriced and not particularly good. The shuttle is convenient but stops at two other hotels along the way, so allow half an hour to get to the old town this way. Still a comfortable place to stay away from the busy old town and with a few minor improvements it could be an excellent choice.

Hotel was nice with all the basic facilities and right next to the river. No complains whatsoever about the accommodation as it was more than what we expected. I did however pay extra to have my room upgraded as there was less privacy in our original room. However what made this whole stay a memorable one was due to the fact that their guest relations manager ‘Sunny’ went an extra mile to ensure our needs were well met by arranging for our tours, cars massage etc. I really want to give her a lot of credit for she is great with all her guests and will do everything she can to make their stay a good one. Coco river resort, Sunny is an asset to your hotel and she has done a good job at least enabling us to leave Hoi An with a smile on our face. Thank you Sunny for all your help during our stay there.
