A very relaxing hotel. Very good! Good restaurants nearby. Gym room need to be renovated. WiFi system need to be improved. Overall speaking, if I come to Hoi An again, I will chose again.

Very nice staff and helpful. Although the location is little bit far away from town, there is free shuttle bus to town and to beach. Room is big enough and clean, shower is outside my room with tropical flowers, really nice experience.

We had an excellent stay at Hoi An Coco River Resort. The location was ideal, the pool was beautiful, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The laundry service was excellent, and breakfast was truly wonderful, with great service every morning. Overall, this was a perfect 10/10 experience and we would happily return.

I never, ever leave reviews for places, but the staff at Coco River were so unbelievably fantastic that I feel the need to share our incredible experience. We are a young family with a 2yr old, and we travelled from the UK. The staff in the hotel were so unbelievably brilliant with our 2yr old, playing with him at every opportunity and making friends. It got to the point that he was constantly asking just to go down to the reception to see his new friends. Our little one has a milk allergy, so we had been nervous about travelling with the allergy and any food issues we may have encountered. I made one passing comment to one of the ladies on reception one evening, and the next morning at breakfast we were presented with a big jug of Soya milk- which we later found out that the receptionist had gone to get especially for us- it’s not something they usually stock. The hotel itself is beautiful- extremely well positioned just far enough out of town to be quiet and tranquil, yet only a £2 taxi ride into the ancient town. The pool was very clean, and fresh water meaning no smell of chlorine or salt residue. The restaurant overlooks the river, and the food here was genuinely some of the best we had in the whole 2 weeks we spent in Vietnam- phenomenal (Try the crispy won-tons!!) We left for a night and actually felt home sick for this hotel- that’s how good it was. If you’ve made it this far- just book!

This was a lovely spot to spend Tet, and we are so grateful to the amazing staff for making us feel so welcome and supported at a time when families are celebrating together. Beautiful rooms, very clean, good food!

Our rooms were like motel rooms with access to pool out our front door. Large room had everything we needed plus. Large beautiful shower, separate large tub. Comfortable beds, nice overhead fan, toilet separate from bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Restaurant right on the water in a lovely setting. Spa was wonderful. Highly recommend, great for a budget.

Großartiges Hotel! Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit moderner und stilvoller Einrichtung. Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber und groß. Das Hotel und die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird mit Liebe geführt. Die Aussicht auf die Anlage und der Pool sind sauber und wirklich hübsch. Das Frühstück ist ein großes reichhaltiges Buffet mit wechselnden Speisen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, and we had such a relaxing time here. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - they are genuinely lovely people. The food and drinks at the hotel are excellent, and the bamboo bar/restaurant overlooking the river is stunning. Beautiful pool - an excellent spa - there are a lot of activities in the area too that the hotel can help organise but it’s also a really lovely place to stay and relax in and of itself. We hope to be back one day soon! It is close enough to Hoi An old town to be convenient, but quieter and more relaxing.

5 nachten verbleven, heerlijk resort met ruime kamers met groot bad en een aparte douche. Werkelijk niets is Sunny en haar team te veel, supervriendelijk en attend personeel.

아침 조식 좋았고 가격도 저렴했으며 호이안 빈펄랜드 메인으로 가기전 0.5박하기에 충분했습니다.

From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed.

As a honeymoon trip, we had a truly wonderful and happy time. All the staff were very kind and provided us with many conveniences. Although our stay in Hoi An was relatively short, thanks to the warm and friendly staff, we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful sights of the city. Choosing to stay here was an excellent decision.

Vi havde fem fantastiske dage på Coco, alt var super tilfredsstillende, virkelig lækker morgenmad og skønne omgivelser. Hotellet lå lige ved floden, i et dejligt stille og fredeligt område og i en fin afstand til byen. Man kunne gå eller tage en Grab alt efter hvad man havde lyst til. Hotellet var meget rent og pænt og personalet var altid søde og hjælpsomme. Kan klart anbefales og vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen hvis vi kommer tilbage til Hoi An.
