Nhà mình đi nghỉ dưỡng 2N1Đ tại Hon Tam Resort rất tuyệt. Phòng ốc ở đây rộng, sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình, ân cần và chu đáo. Các bé nhà mình rất thích ở đây. Cảm ơn Hon Tam Resort đã cho gia đình mình 1 kỳ nghỉ hè thật tuyệt.

Resort xanh mát, yên tĩnh, thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng thư giãn. Các nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, xe điện nội khu luôn có trong 3-5 phút, nhân viên xách hành lý cho mình tới tận cửa phòng. 22:00, remote TV của mình không hoạt động, vẫn được hỗ trợ thay pin tận phòng.

Do not bring food with a strong smell (such as durians) into the Hotel room.
A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to provide guarantee for any additional Service Requests made at the Hotel and/or any other damages done by the Guests (if any) to the Hotel during the period of stay. The deposit will be refunded by Vinpearl at the time of check-out if the service is not used and/or there is no damage caused to the Hotel

Absolutely stunning beach and bungalow, with few mosquito lol.
Minor flaws and inadequacies of the room facilities and amenities.
Most staff members were friendly and helpful, while sometimes requests were missed out.
Restaurant service staff need more training, but the food (and therefore the kitchen staff) was reaaaaaal good!
Got a bad experience with the taxi service called from the reception so probably better to go out by private hotel cars...
Electricity was out for a few times, not a big problem coz only for minutes.

入住第一天感覺不愉快，因為連吃飯的位置也需要等待很長時間，晚上送餐服務等了一個半小時，經過投訴後，酒店提供了普通話專員提供貼心服務，亦很細心聆聽我們的訴求，就體驗了快樂的餘下旅程，亦請了我們吃了一餐飯。

-A great place for vacation, peaceful and quiet.
-We wanted some entertainment, so we looked for the billiard place. Unfortunately, the whole club is under construction. They didn't have a temporary place for all the entertainments facilities.
-If the shuttle boat could depart every 30mins, it would be perfect.

The room is too old and the air-con is certainly not enough to cover the whole room. The room is wet, hot and fluffy. However, the room service is a must-try. It is tasty, cheap and fast. It may be the best quality that i have ever had in Vietnam. The beach is wonderful. You can swim and play water-sport all day. I will pick the villa next time as it seems much better.

Reception is nice, hotel area is nice, it separate the hotel area and entertaining area which you can enjoy silence all day long.
However, 1 bungalow share 2 rooms and the wall is too weak to separate noice, you can clearly hear neighbours sound and the bathroom design is Worser with a wall not fully covered.

當天我們十一點半已到酒店， 一般五星級酒店， 都可以提早有房。 但這間酒店並沒有， 說要兩點才有房， 這個我能理解因為本來都是兩點才可check in， 只好在呆等。 到了兩點 ，職員說再等十分鐘 ，十分鐘後職員再說等五分鐘 ，最後進房的時間是兩點45分 ，足足比原先有房時間遲了45分鐘! 這是五星級酒店的服務嗎? 我從未住過一間五星級酒店的服務是這樣。 房間是大間的， 住上亦很舒服 。另外， 島上可以享用的免費活動並不多， 只有沙灘和泳池， 高爾夫球場和網球場都關掉！！！！！！！！有點悶。 整體來說， 除了房間比較漂亮外， 我覺得不值得用千七蚊來住一晚！我比了1700一晚 !

Excellent, peaceful escape - possibly for a night or two. The bungalows are gorgeous and the bathrooms are spacious. The room was relatively clean which is also to be expected being in nature.
Also have to say the Spa was incredible! Best massage and service I have had and truly worth it.
Great hidden gem in an island with a beautiful pool and wonderful breakfast too.
The downsides being it very limited with a bihourly shuttle boat in the afternoon/evening (which can make it quite miserable if overlap with unpredictable rain!) I found this made me wish I had only booked one or two nights as it did get frustrating having to time it perfectly to make dinners and get back.
Some minor downsides and negatives but when addressed, staff were always incredibly accommodating and able to rectify.
