The rooms were run-down, the equipment was malfunctioning, and the hot water system was broken; we called for repairs but they weren't fixed for the guests. The electric carts were also very noisy.

The staff did not have a clear understanding of the information and gave incorrect advice about the voucher and the accompanying services. They did not resolve the complaint but told the customer to check out and use the accompanying service right away when the train was about to depart. The voucher amount of 300k is not too large and the hotel offered it themselves and the customer asked very carefully many times but the handling was too poor. In addition, the room's wifi and TV took nearly 2 hours after check-in to be resolved. The bathroom had a bad smell and the drainage and soundproofing were poor.

The mud bath area is extremely unsanitary. The tram is run down, the driver is careless, and the wait time is long --> bad. The time to go to the mainland is also not suitable, and there are few trains. Dinner is like industrial meals, breakfast is OK. The rooms are run down, not as expected. The beach has a lot of trash, sharp rocks that cut your feet, but it's okay, the natural sea is fine. The swimming pool is a plus.

The staff called to ask what time I could check out. I said 12 o'clock. The staff said at 12 o'clock someone would come to help me with my luggage (I can listen to the call again). I live near the reception. But my suitcase and backpack are very heavy because I carry electronic devices. I waited for nearly 20 minutes but no one came. They kept calling. I called again and they said they were coming over and I was ok. Finally, they told me to bring it down myself, with the reason being that it was close :). I also had a sore leg and was limping. If the resort could check the camera again when I checked in or had breakfast at the restaurant to see if I was walking steadily. When I got there, I was a bit upset and told the receptionist, but they said it was because it was crowded, so it was my fault for going to the resort, and if it was full, the service would 100% go down, right?

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. My family has a small child, so they helped us check in 1 hour earlier. Our family had lunch at the restaurant on the first day, the portion was large and acceptable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh dishes. The room was extremely spacious and private, my family had room 101 so it was right outside, going to the beach or taking the train was also close. In the evening, our family took the train to Nha Trang for dinner and sightseeing, which was also very enjoyable.

Friendly, enthusiastic staff, dedicated service. The room is very spacious and fully equipped, but because it was built a long time ago, the furniture in the room is no longer new. The bathroom is very large, clean and comfortable. Very suitable for families going on vacation. I went in July and there were a lot of mosquitoes here, so be sure to bring mosquito repellant.

1. The staff is very enthusiastic and nice, this is probably the biggest plus point for my experience at Hon Tam Resort 2. I booked a bungalow facing the sea but it's actually on the hill, not close to the sea, the view will be Hilly, grassy landscape of the island and the sea in the distance. Travel will have to go by tram, walking is also possible but it will be a bit far. Call the reception desk to let you know where you need to go and a car will pick you up within 5 minutes. 3. Resort guests will only have one restaurant in the evening, and I find the food there is not delicious, even though the restaurant staff is very cute. 4. The bedroom has very few lights (only 3 sources). Dimly lit like a nightlight) so in the evening there will be a cozy vibe. For those who like bright light or want to take photos like me, it will be a bit inconvenient. In return, the bathroom and changing space is great, spacious and clean. To sum up, I will still rate 4.5/5.
