房間舒適，員工親切，餐廳飲食很棒，值得造訪

We came in a not afternoon, staff served us with a ice cool welcome drink and fruits. Room is large, clean and tidy, with good air condition. It is located in the middle of the city, where all the restaurants and bars are. Breakfast is VERY GOOD!!!

在旅遊前服務人員很親切的詢問需求，並且協助安排行程，雖然房間坪數不大，但乾淨、服務周到！值得再來。

服務親切的小型飯店.Check in時.會把周邊景點(世界遺產.夜市.東巴市場...等)的位置詳細介紹. 位置在巷弄中.但是周邊機能蠻方便.門口有租機車店.在順化城市旅遊.可以利用機車.會比教快速到達要去的景點. 房間乾淨.熱水夠熱.早餐好吃.離新咖啡巴士的門市很近.飯店也有提供代訂服務.非常方便.

我們住宿的時候剛好前面的路在做下水道施工，很泥濘。除此以外，飯店非常好，櫃台人員英文流利，餐廳食物美味，房間清潔舒適，住在這裡有家的感覺。

The hotel staffs were exceptional. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. Will return.

旅館可以說是接近100分了 性價比極高 惟獨門前小路狀況太差 可惜了

酒店位置在一條巷子內。坐的士去都很方便。員工服務很好。早餐ok. 去食飯10鐘步行便有. 房間挺大.

我們住的是4人房有露台，空間算充裕，出行也很方便，去夜市及乘坐open bus都在附近，所有酒店職員都很有善，這個價格，物超所值。

We’d been to Hue/Danang/Hoi An in this trip. We loved this hotel so much. My booking price was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and proactive, especially Ms. Jenny, she helped me a lot. From the day she’d got my reservation till we met. My twin bed room was vintage style and really spacious, with a big bath room too. I could guarantee its cleanness with my barefoot. One drawback was poor sound insulation. Surprisingly, food were real good and affordable. We loved their local dish. We’re not sure whether it’s on the best location of Hue, we could walk to the river side to go sightseeing. That’ good enough. We’re also amazed by their welcome drink and fruit which I couldn’t find any in my Danang hotel… On the whole: Less (money) is more (satisfactions)

This is the best hotel experience I have had in Vietnam by far. Very clean rooms with fragrance. They offer a great variety of food for breakfast,and it is free. They upgraded my room to a city view room with a balcony, which is really nice. Hotel staff is really friendly. Definitely the best choice in Hue.

Love this hotel, everything was nice - staff, breakfast, room, price etc. The only downside is that there is no view in our room. Tip: stay here for dinner, the food is really nice

It's a very good hotel, reasonable price, massage bathtub, tasty breakfast. And it has a balcony. Staff speak very good English, good service. I would love to come back.

Nice central hotel close to everything, quiet area, narrow street next to a fun garden friendly amazing looking garden bar. The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, donuts, pancakes, cakes, soups, noodles, rice, eggs, omelette, salads, all kind of fruits, juices, cafe and coffee. All the staff are 5 stars. From the maintenance guy that changed our kettle, the suitcase guys making phonecalls for us, the restaurant staff making sure we were well fed, the receptionists all... the kindest friendliest people. But! we specially loved Sarah, she recommended us local hairdressers, local guides and local wonders in general. Always going above and beyond for us. She made us feel like we had a friend in Hue. Sarah always made sure we were treated fair outside the hotel too. Staff is what makes a hotel amazing. Thank you Serene Palace Hotel. We'll miss you
