很棒的早餐、很大的客房空間，只是裝潢及傢俱有些舊了。

All furniture and facilities are old The power in my room all switch off suddenly in 15 mins, Also the towel and bathroom not very clean The breakfast is pretty good

泳池太細

Good Hotel with good scenery of West Lake. The road to sunset bar is very good for a walk. The room is large enough but the bed is a little bit small

This hotel is a bit old as you can see from the interiors. Also I asked for a 13:00 late check out due to my flight and was turned down very quickly by the manager.

Totally disappointed, I don’t think the Room and Facilities match with 5-stars / IC standard compared with other 5 stars hotels

酒店服務態度非常好！訂房時沒有兩張單人床可選，入住時詢問可否給雙床房，服務員讓我們兩種房型都先參觀了再做決定住哪間！去餐廳用餐時，服務很到位！酒店整體設計很好，房間舒適，露台景觀優美，好吃好住～讓人不想往外走：）

Nice lounge bar with great sunset and lake views, 24-hour access of gym, which is very convenient for the customers with the habit of workout after returning to hotel late. the buffet breakfast is awesome. Offering various cuisine styles such as Vietnamese, Western, Japanese, and Korean styles of breakfast, and the attendants are warm and friendly. My friends and I stay in the superior room for 1 night. Honestly speaking, the accommodation of the room is a little bit simple. Still leaving a good impression on us because of merits mentioned above.

滿不錯的飯店，硬軟體都不賴，唯獨入住期間附近偶有工程略吵，離市區稍微有點距離，但整體來說，仍值得考慮！ ＰＳ：餐點好吃

好美的飯店

I actually liked the location, size of the room and the hotel car pick up from the airport. The driver was nice and patient to wait for me even my flight was delayed over 1.5 hours. I love their Italian food, especially lobster soup and seafood risotto. Staffs are warm n helpful, they did help me to recharge my cell phone battery as I forgot to bring my cable. However, the experience not pick the lake side room is not good!! Quite noisy in the morning
