Really nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and nice pool area and spa. Easy walking distance to the markets and night life. This is our third stay at New world, and we choose the club level. The drinks and fantastic dinner each night, out on the 10th floor terrace make it very memorable. Will come back again for sure.

Had the VIP package and it was great. Loved the breakfast area, food and drinks. Had the coffee, water and soft drinks available all day long. Pool area nice, spacious and clean. Although they were working on the roof to install solar panels it was opened which we appreciated. Rooms are nice and clean.

A fantastic hotel in a very interesting city. The staff in the hotel couldn’t do enough to help you. Rooms were big and very comfortable. I’d highly recommend the Residence Club rooms, the lounge is a great addition to the hotel.

The hotel needs for lighting thought out the entire hotel, When walking the hallway, feels unease, scary, feel unsafe. At time , walking the hallway, feel like someone is walking behind you. For a five star hotel , why not bright up the hallway and ad LED lights.

My husband and I are frequent travellers, I recently stayed with my husband at Newworld hotel Saigon for 4 nights in February. I booked the club residency king room, inclusive of breakfast and club access. The club king room was nice but a bit small for what we used to. My husband surprised me with an upgraded to a Executive suite and so glad we did. It gave us the extra space we needed. The rooms are a bit dated but cleanliness and staff were amazing. They were always very attentive and nothing was too much for them. Always very friendly. The pool also needs a bit of a revamp. Breakfast was good, had everything you needed. I wish it had Vietnamese options and more tropical fruits. The club afternoon tea from 5.30pm - 8.00pm was the most impressive and amazing I've seen and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world. There was so much food to chose from, they change menu every night. The staff at the club access were exceptional, especially Ho ( the club manager in the evening). I was craving for some papaya but wasn't served at the club that night so i asked the chef if it was possible to have some..... 15 minutes later i was served a large plate of papaya, i was very impressed with the service. Club access gave us late check out till 4pm ,which was aslo a bonus staying at the club level. Ho , the club manager, was able to extend our stay an extra hour till 5pm. Overall we had an wonderful experience and definitely will come back and stay at Newworld again.
