New World was a new experience here in Saigon. Very nice to stay, but the carpet was kind of old. Not sure why, but the gym, sauna, and pool were all very nice.

Nhân viên lễ tân chưa đủ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ phàn nàn chậm. Tôi đã phải gọi 4 cuộc điện thoại để giải quyết vấn đề. Khi check in lại không chủ động nhờ nhân viên Bellman xách hộ hành lý và hướng dẫn lên nhận phòng, để tự tôi phải làm việc đó. Tôi rất thất vọng vì sự thiếu tinh tế này. Tôi cũng là người trong ngành khách sạn mà nhận được dịch vụ như này thật đáng thất vọng

Very good hotel for business trip and also family. I love this hotel.

Perfect location. I like how the hotel is located right across a park. The Executive/Lounge-access room gives a very good value with all day free F&B. The free meeting room was very helpful as I needed to do my online meetings. The staffs are also quite attentive. Very recommended.

Phòng có mùi ẩm mốc khá nhiều, mỗi lần mở cửa là mùi ẩm mốc sặc bay thẳng vào mũi. Khách sạn cũng sang trọng 5 sao nên mình mới book ở đây nhưng khách sạn new world trong khâu chất lượng, vệ sinh lại không ổn. Khá thất vọng

Hotel is well kept and rooms are thoroughly clean. Kid friendly with a small playground for young ones. Close to shopping district. Only variety of food is limited.

Dịch vụ rất ok, nhưng mình đi xe máy bị nữ giữ xe ngày 22/1 lúc 1:30 cư xử rất hách dịch và không tôn trọng khách hàng. Bộ đi xe máy là bị khi dễ à.

Mình đánh giá tạm được thôi nhé! Vị trí ok, nhưng phòng ốc, đặc biệt nhà vệ sinh không đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn 5* í. Góp ý nên thêm vòi xịt trong tolet. Phòng, cửa cách âm không tốt, khách bên ngoài phòng khác đóng mở của đều nghe được. Thanks

Cực kỳ ấn tượng với anh chị nhân viên ở đây (đặc biệt là anh chị nhân viên nhà hàng ở tầng 10 khách sạn). Bên cạnh nhân viên thì đồ ăn ở nhà hàng ở bữa sáng cũng như bữa tối đều rất ngon!

This hotel is located in the middle of the city. Surrounded by good food, great places for hangout and of course the room and amenities itself are great. Fitness center equipment was beyond complete, they have steam room and sauna with locker. Also swimming pools and tennis court. Overall a great stay. Recommended.
