The Breakfast is not good need to improve.

Großes schönes Zimmer, gepflegtes Hotel. Allerdings etwas außerhalb. Wenn man irgendwohin möchte, muss man ein Taxi rufen. Davon gibt es jedoch genug.

Room is outdated, and dirty. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean. Very pleased with complimentary gift. Little disappointed with water bottles supplied. Overall yes it was good experience

Très déçue, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles on s’attend à autre chose. La literie est bonne, cependant les finitions de la chambre restent décevantes (nous étions dans le bâtiment B). L’isolation est catastrophique ; on entend tout, même quand nos voisins essaient d’éteindre les lumières. Lorsque le ménage est entrain d’être fait dans la chambre d’à côté il est du coup très facile de deviner ce qui est entrain d’être fait. Le plus catastrophique est le manque de respect vis à vis du bruit, le matin, du personnel qui s’occupe de nettoyer les chambres ; ça parle fort, voir sa crie (et pourtant ils ont des talkie walkie puisque on les entends aussi) et surtout ça rentre dans les chambres sans sonner, sans se préoccuper si nous sommes encore à l’intérieur à 7h30, quand c’est notre dernier jour. Je vous laisse deviner notre réveil… Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel non plus si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé il est loin de tout mais ça encore c’est stipulé sur l’annonce. En 2 roues ça change la donne et tout est à moins de 20 minutes. Aussi il y’a constamment une petite musique qui n’est pas assez forte pour empêcher de dormir mais assez pour que ça dérange. Il y a eu tout de mêmes quelques bons points ; nous avons loué un scooter pour toute une journée et c’était très simple et le personnel de l’accueil (uniquement) reste très serviable. Piscine intérieure testée et c’était agréable. Passez votre chemin.

Høj og venlig service. Flot og nyt hotel. Morgenmad stort udbud og varierende. Stedet lidt udenfor centrum men med crab var det ingen problem. Kun fitness stedet kunne forbedres med mere nyt udstyr

Schönes grosses Luxushotel im Zentrum Ninh Binh liegt relativ ruhig, aber an einer grossen Strasse im Bonzenviertel Ninh Binhs. Nahebei gibts Restaurant und Cafes in fussläufiger Entfernung. Indoorpool, w Außenpools und zwei weitere sind vorhanden. Zimmer war geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Heizung funktionierte. Essen war ok, eher durchschnittliches , Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Touristenspots sind von hier aus nur per PKW, Motorrad erreichbar. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden und haben gut geschlafen. Schön grosses Bett und nicht zu weich. Rooftop Bar hat schöne Sicht.

Buen hotel, habitacion muy buena, servicio muy bien.

Fairly nice room. Everything else is in desperate need of update. Very hard to communicate in English. Tasteless breakfast.

Infinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores.

Infinity pool on the top deck is only open from 4:00pm - swimming is not permitted before this time which was kind of a bummer. But there is another 2 pools (closed and open) in the next building which was convenient. Hotel is in a great location, outside the busy streets but walkable to shopping, dining options and many other stores

Good hotel. Gym is fully outdated. Indoor swimming pool is great. Staff is super.

The property was excellent and the restaurant was fabulous, especially the breakfast.

Comfortable 5 star Hotel near the sites

Room is comfortable. Service and staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement though. Variety is limited and lack taste.

Super Hotel, bestehend aus zwei Gebäuden. Zwei Aussenpools und einen Indoorpool. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und es war riesig mit super Badezimmer und riesigem Bett. Frühstück ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Etwas außerhalb vom Centrum, dementsprechend ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Transport zum Bahnhof ist kostenlos.

The hotel looks nice and modern from the outside and is attached to a convention centre. Positives are the rooftop pool and bar is amazing, room is very large, bed is 6ft and very comfortable and shower is very powerful with hot water and bathroom is a nice size. Staff are excellent and engaging but only a few can converse in English. Negatives are the breakfast food is below average [food is generally excellent in Vietnam so the bar is set high] with only basic vietnamise coffee on offer and lattes, americanos are a supplimental charge [which is super expensive by vietnam standards], hotel shows signs of neglect, WiFI keeps dropping out, rooms are dated and the hotel is a 3 star by western standards. Probably the worst thing is the location which is in the middle of nowhere in a industrial area/building site with very limited facilities other than a nightclub. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy Ninh Binh.

Beautiful architecture of hotels and surroundings. Quiet, nice view with moutain, greenery... staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast buffet are perfect with impressive varieties.
