Staff were amazing to deal with and it was a very relaxing space to be in after going through the chaos of in and around the old quarter during the day. Food was excellent and plenty of options, more than just your standard continental

It was my third time staying in Oakwood Residence Hanoi with my wife. First two times, 8 days, and this time 3 days. It’s my favorite hotel, course it’s clean, nice and helpful staff, big indoor pool (so I don’t get burned by the sun) with beautiful view, great gym, big jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms are really nice, with power plugs where you need them (many hotels only have one on each side of the bed). And the down pillows are the best. The area around the hotel is mostly local stores and food places/restaurants, which is fine for me (married to a Vietnamese). If I want different things, I take a taxi. I stay in this hotel because I really enjoy it, not because of what’s around. This time I didn’t leave the hotel once, and I enjoyed every minute!

施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。 外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。 ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。

While the staff were indeed nice, the area located at the hotel is not close to the Old Quarter so if you are traveling with kids then it might not be that convenient. There are limited shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is overall clean but it's aging for sure.

Alles super außer Frühstück, die Produkte hatten nicht eine gute Qualität....Marmelade zu süß, Kartoffeln nicht frisch, Croissants wieder erwärmt und mit sirup darauf , kleine Stücke Käse ,die aber alt und hart sind ....keine frische Orangensaft Sonst würde das Hotel ideal sein

A very well maintained hotel with extremely pleasant and efficient staff. We had 13 nights there during March and April as were back and forth to Hanoi. It's less hectic and quieter than the Old Quarter and never a problem to get a Grab. Breakfast is varied and suits all tastes. Lots of good restaurants also in the area. We'll definitely stay at the Oakwood on our next visit to Hanoi.

원래 리뷰 잘 안남기는데 한국인 분들 보시라고 리뷰 남깁니다. 호텔이 메인 도로에서 안쪽에 들어가 있어 밤에 돌아다닐 때 어둡긴 하지만 나쁘지 않았어요. 호텔도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 침구도 좋고 첫인상이 너무 좋았어요. 다만, 호텔 식당에 저녁 식사하러 가서 분짜를 시켰는데 분짜가 담겨오는 바구니에서 저희 테이블로 바퀴벌레가 뚝 떨어졌네요... 너무 충격적이라서 그냥 나왔어요. 직원이 계속 사과했지만 이미 너무 충격적이라 호텔에서 조식도 안먹고 아무것도 안먹었네요... 아무래도 글로벌 체인 호텔이라 프로토콜이 있어서 직원이 사과 편지부터 과일 플레이트도 방으로 준비해줬지만 어차피 같은 주방에서 만든걸텐데 그것도 안먹었어요...직원들이 친절했지만,,,, 참고하세요 ㅜㅜ
