Stay was fantastic, hotel is clean and food at their restaurant was surprisingly good. The Vietnamese food was really authentic, kudos to the chef. Nice indoor pool with a great view of the lake and quiet neighborhood away from the noisy traffic.

My family and I (2 adults 3 teens) recently stayed at Oakwood Residence in Hanoi, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic, within close walking distance to charming lakeside restaurants and bars, convenience stores, and shopping areas. It's ideal for anyone looking to explore the vibrant city life of Hanoi. The building itself is run like a top-notch hotel, complete with a concierge and doorman who made every entrance and exit seamless. The facilities are outstanding, with a great on-site restaurant, a large indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, and steam room located on the top level. The rooms are super modern and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts and amenities of home. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, modern appliances, and a full kitchen, making longer stays incredibly convenient and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Oakwood Residence for anyone visiting Hanoi, whether for a holiday or a longer-term stay. If I were to live in Hanoi, this would undoubtedly be my choice of residence. I cannot recommend it more!
