Relatively 2 years old hotel. Hardware is ok but software is lousy service standard. Poor experience with zero guest service experience. Night service receptionist young chap is helpful however the hotel manager Mr. Long is horrendous, act like a gangster. Me and my husband booked Twin S deluxe and checked in 2215 pm. 30mins later while we were showering Hotel Manager (Long) called and chased us out of the room at 2300hrs pm. Told us our room supposed to be smaller at level 2 and its their mistake. My husband explained we already used items and the room is messy. We stay only 1 night why inconvenience late night when its not guests' fault. Manager Long replied we can go ahead and make a complaint and review. We were given 5 mins to leave room. Manager Long came up to supervise our switch. And mentioned our room is booked and he must ask us to leave. I questioned if our room is booked why assigned us in the first place. Furthermore our entire level is quiet with no corridor lights so obviously there are no other guests. Seems that Long lied which in-furious my husband. Manager Long's duty attire is also inappropriate with steel necklace, casual shirt and jeans, dressed to intimidate. Suggest avoid hotel unless owner switch management or improvement in service quality.
