對台灣來的遊客很友善。

離熱鬧的街上遠了點，但是個很好的渡假地方，環境很好很舒服，晚上有現場樂隊還有撞球檯設施，房間很大還有舒服躺椅的陽台，餐廳就在沙灘旁而已，而且離紅沙丘很近，美中不足的是飯店按摩，像是抹油這樣，力道太輕。總之這裡很美，值得一住再住。

Great sea view and staff are very helpful. It provides guests with discounts for in house activities like spa and dining.

Good location with shuttle bus

非常舒適的度假酒店。員工友善，房間整潔舒適，惟冷熱水水壓不夠，令出水太慢，這點令整體扣分。 另外距離紅沙丘景點只雖十分鐘腳程，不錯。

Greenery everywhere. Private beach and large pool. Several restaurants just opposite to the hotel. Shuttle services to town, to dairy stream and to the seafood village was wonderful. You did not have to join outside tours. Just book the free shuttle services at the reception counter. Everything was arranged. So 5 days 4 nights at the hotel with morning tour for 1-2 hours each morning and evening shuttle to seafood restaurants or town. You really could relax and don’t have to worry about anything. This was my 3rd times to Mei Ne in a year. We had bamboo village hotel in last Dec, 2018, then Pandanus hotel in May 2018. Then we compared the services and facilities when we came back in Dec 2018, we chose back Pandanus hotel although the location was a bit far away. When the hotel knew that we r returning guests, we got welcome drinks at the lounge and welcome fruit in the room. The manager at once recognized me as the returned guests when I had breakfast in the restaurant. It was amazing and we had been upgraded to a villa which faced the beach and near to the swimming pool. Hotel staff was always welcome with smile everyday. When the hotel knew that my husband had fever, a nurse was sent to our room. Then the manager accompanied us to a nearby hospital when the nurse discovered that he got high fever and needed more medical care. Felt very in touch with you when you were here, just liked at home. Highly recommended to stay at the hotel.!

雖然bus要再轉搭接駁巴士，但離部分景點超近！建議可以幫忙代訂臥鋪巴士的車票，會更友善許多！

我們訂的是家庭房，有二個房間、衛浴，很清潔舒適。園區內景觀很美，所屬的海灘、泳池也都很舒適。住宿期間剛好SPA消費五折，非常超值划算。 早餐很豐盛多樣，口味也很不錯。 整體而言，會想再度入住！

超美的酒店，離景點紅沙丘步行約10分鐘。泳池很大很美，從後方的小時階走下去可以到海邊。住宿時剛好碰上泳池 bbq buffet，邊聽著國外樂團演唱邊享用晚餐，真是太享受！有機會絕對會再次入住！

When we entered our room and wanted to use the kettle, we found it’s full of ants! Really terrible. The clean lady came quickly after we called the reception. Other than that everything was fine. Just don’t let the hotel book the tour or sleeping bus for you. They only book Hanh cafe bus and it was horrible and expensive!

bicycle can be borrowed for free, choice of buffet breakfast are great, you should not miss the complimentary MUI NE village tour in the morning.

网上评价觉得不错来住的，订的双床房，就low得像国内的城市便捷还不如，350块一晚也是醉了，就是服务很好，泳池很大，酒店就像个公园一样适合散步，晚上8到9点有乐队唱歌不错。住宿条件真是不好，不推荐。早餐自助的，酸奶很好喝，蓝莓蛋糕超好吃。

離市區較遠但安靜舒適，泳池大，早餐豐盛！

很满意，不错的体验，酒店各方面都很好，已经第二次来住了，特别适合休闲度假，酒店有班车，去哪都方便，性价比很高！

这家酒店除了距离新咖啡车站远一点外，其他都很好，酒店靠海，服务，设施一流，喜欢清静，适合全家出游，儿子玩了4天，还说明年再来，总的很不错！值得推荐！！！

We spent 4 days in Mui Ne，and lived in this resort. I'm glad that I chose it. it's a little bit distance from the center of the town, but it's just beside the Red Sand Dunes. And the resort serves the free shuttle bus to the fairy stream and market. The resort has its own beach, it's clean and quiet. The band performed beside the pool every night was also deep impressed.

We spent 2 nights in Pandanus Resort during the Easter. It is not located in the main beach but is very close to the Red Sand Dune within 5 mins walk. The resort is large surrounded by lash garden and a lotus pond which makes you feel relax and comfortable. Beach is right in front of the resort. Room is spacious and comfort. Good breakfast but if have fresh juice it will be perfect. Take your lunch in the Sun Terrace restaurant near the swimming pool to enjoy the the breezing sea view. Staff in general is very friendly and nice. Most of the resort guests are Russian. Resort provides complimentary shuttle service to Mui Ne Fishing Village, Fairy Stream and Mui Ne town centre which is definitely an advantage. All spa items is now at 50% discount so a must try. Room rate is inexpensive, a very cost-effective resort with all you needs, so is highly recommended if you plan to visit Mui Ne.

早餐选择比较多，正餐有些贵而且收取服务费，所以餐厅几乎没人，服务员稍有懈怠。泳池旁边酒吧有现场演唱，气氛非常好。海滩近在咫尺，免费使用躺椅和浴巾。淋浴房的门没有密封，不小心就容易导致洗手间里水漫金山，这点需要改进。由于靠近红沙丘，地理位置很偏，周围几乎没有购物和娱乐场所，但酒店对面有一家非常棒的餐馆，性价比超高，并且有一条公交线路直达镇中心和美奈渔港（酒店也提供免费班车，但一天只有两班，比较容易错过）。酒店免费租赁自行车，服务人员态度亲切，基本上非常满意。

Pandanus resort 完全毀掉我的假期，坐了很久的車從胡志明市前往,終於到達時卻看到櫃檯人員整排的臭臉，完全不願意幫我解決或回答任何問題，就任憑我們呆站在櫃檯旁，正覺得納悶不是網路上大家對此飯店得服務評價不是都很好嗎？就立刻看到櫃檯人員笑著跟西方人說hello，當時恨不得立刻提早離開，非常糟糕的住宿經驗，希望永遠不會再遇到這種事，必竟我也是顧客，不是嗎？

很舒服的resort,走出大門就有很多家餐館可以吃飯,物美價廉(只是中午用餐蒼蠅會很多很可怕,建議外帶),附近可以走到的景點有紅沙丘跟漁村,也有接駁車去mui ne market & fairy stream (9:00am) & 主街(5:30pm&6:30pm),唯一的缺點是蒼蠅很多
