我对这里的服务非常满意。我租了一套75平米的公寓，宽敞、干净。虽然天气很冷，但公寓里的暖气还是很好的。稍微打开一点就很温暖。房间干净，图片和入住时一样。虽然是公寓，但是每天都有清洁人员。然而，房间距离还剑湖等娱乐区或中心位置相当远。我认为它更适合经常旅行的人。如果有机会我会再来

The apartments are really cool and very nicely designed and furnished. All is very clean. The bed super comfortable. The service is very good. Highly recommended.

Phòng y ảnh, tầng 11, mỗi tội là view công trường còn thì tuyệt vờiiu 🤣 caia gì cũng có từ máy rửa bát đến máy giặt lò nướng 🤭

Đặt phòng và thanh toán phụ phí cho 4 người nhưng không hề có đủ đồ cho chỗ đặt thêm: bộ bàn chải kem đánh răng có 2 bộ, đệm ngủ cũng không có, phòng chỉ đủ 2 người ngủ. Ngoài ra các tiện ích của phòng cũng không đầy đủ như đã ghi trên thông tin mô tả: ổ điện chập chờn, điều hoà phòng ngủ hỏng 1 bên, không có máy chiếu. Tv cũng không có nhiều kênh, chỉ có youtube. View cũng xấu vì ở tầng khá thấp và không được chọn trước nên cũng không thể coi là penthouse được 🤣 Trước khi checkin mình đã chủ động gọi trước cho dịch vụ lễ tân nhưng vẫn không nắm được thông tin của khách, hỏi đi hỏi lại nhiều lần, cuối cùng cũng vẫn không hề support thêm giường đệm hoặc đồ đầy đủ. Không hài lòng vì mức giá bỏ ra không tương xứng với chất lượng.
