I am very satisfied with the service here. I rented a 75m2 apartment, spacious, clean. I went in the coldest weather but the heat in the apartment was very ok. Turn it on a little bit and it was warm. The room was clean, the picture and the check-in time were the same. Although it was an apartment, there were cleaning staff every day. However, the room was quite far from the entertainment areas such as Hoan Kiem Lake or the central location. I think it is suitable for those who travel more for relaxation. Will come back if I have the chance.

It is a new property with large glass windows that let in a lot of light. I stayed in a studio with a loft on an upper floor, and it was a pleasant experience due to the view of the city below. The studio has a tall ceiling, which made it an airy and open space. The kitchen was useful, because I could do some light cooking, and gave it a more home-y experience. The one concern I did have was accessibility. One needs to climb a tall staircase to get up to the loft. Therefore, I would not recommend it to an elderly or disabled person.

The room is clean and the amenities are well prepared. But the swimming pool was closed during the stay. I don’t know if it was because of the virus or not. Without that, everything is great.

Booked a room and paid a surcharge for 4 people, but there was not enough furniture for extra booking: 2 sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, no bed mattress, room only enough for 2 people to sleep. In addition, the room's facilities are not complete as stated in the description: the electrical outlet is flickering, the bedroom air conditioner is broken on one side, there is no projector. Tv also doesn't have many channels, only youtube. The view is also bad because it's on a low floor and can't be pre-selected, so it can't be considered a penthouse Before checking in, I actively called the front desk service but still couldn't get the guest's information, asked again and again many times, in the end still do not support extra beds or full furniture. Dissatisfied because the price paid is not commensurate with the quality.
