Outstanding.

We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel to really demonstrate their customer care in addition to their usual good service but it didn't seem like it occurred to the staff to ask us about our stay. Also, putting on more busses to and from nha trang would be really useful for guests too.

Exellent place. Food a bit expensive for vietnam but not to bad.

Perfect location on the beach, big and nice room, very comfortable bed. All pool areas really nice, lots of sunchairs, breakfast buffet with a huge variety and the dinners I had in the restaurant was well prepared and very tasty. And the very best was the staff all over the hotel, always kind and serviceminded and always with a huge smile 😊 thanks I really enjoyed my stay.

I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction.

객실 넓고 좋아요 직원들 적당한 친절 객실청소는 대충대충 어메니티 충전했다가 안하다가 들쭉날쭉 호텔 해변쪽 쓰레기많아요 3끼 식사포함이었는데 식사는 중하위정도네요 ㄱ

The resort is beautiful, they had welcome drinks and fruits set out every day , that really give it a nice touch.

When i unfortunately slipped and fell at the hotel, ( ping pong area), As a result of this accident, I suffered a severe fracture of my femur, which was broken into three pieces. I later required surgery involving metal screws and intensive medical treatment. What deeply concerns me is the extremely poor level of assistance I received from the hotel staff after the fall. Despite my serious condition and intense pain, I did not receive proper emergency support. I was left suffering at the hotel for approximately three hours before being transported to the hospital. In my opinion, this is a major failure in guest safety and emergency response, especially for a well-known international hotel chain such as Radisson . I respectfully request that Radisson Hotel thoroughly investigate this incident and provide a fair and reasonable resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and sincere handling of this matter.

The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.

Slidt af et 5 stjernet hotel og meget halter lidt. Haven er meget smuk. Personalet virker overbebyrdet men venlige. Det overordnede indtryk er at det ikke er Radisson standard og hotel mangler ledelse. Beliggenhed langt fra by.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Some items were not working properly but that was addressed and fixed promptly

部屋は綺麗で広かった。 ちょっと排水からの匂いが気になった。 コンビニみたいなショップがあると良かった。

Frokosten var veldig bra. Spa var nydelig og moderne, fantastiske fasiliteter og fantastiske arbeidere på hotellet. Veldig respektfulle og snille folk. Vi kommer tilbake 1000 % sikkert. Tusen takk for at dere gjorde oppholdet vårt så nydelig 😍

Nonostante il prezzo molto elevato per il Vietnam non corrisponde ad un livello 5 stelle. Abbiamo avuto servizio migliore in hotel di categoria inferiore

시설이 크고 훌륭한데 비해 시내와 떨어져 있는점, 룸서비스 등이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 아기있으시면 샤워기필터 지참해서 가면 쉬다오기 좋을것 같습니다

직원들이 아주 친절했어요 방도 깨끗했고요

수영장 봏고 조식은 쏘쏘인데 나쁘지 않습니다
